Overall Experience

Extremely abusive household. Staff were rude and untrained. Never bothered to learn my name and called me by initials. I am not allowed to go into details about the abuse but it will haunt me for the rest of my life. They hid my phone often so I could not call police or ambulance and were hateful towards me and my family.
