I would like to applaud and appreciate staff at Careland Healthcare who have been taking care of my grand mother for the last five years. For the fact that my parents live outside London yet gran was in a position to need family support, it was a challenging and tough decision for her to have carers
support her from home to allow her maximum independence as her wish. I consulted a few agencies but chose Careland Healthcare because of their extensive care services and credibility. This turned out the best decision we have done as a family for my grand mother. She is enjoying her home and can still look after her dog. The carers are professional, polite , clean, respectful and patient. We have witnessed this when we visit and she tells everyone.This has positively impacted grans' wellbeing. Thank you Careland!
