Primcura having been looking after my daughter since Feb 23. My daughter has always found it tough to build relationships with staff from care providers but I was recommended to try this agency after knowing someone who used them. Office staff were great from the staff and really wanted to know everything possible to build a care plan and team around her.

Primcura have been providing support for my daughter for over 2 years although teething issues at the beginning they have always gone above to find the right team to support my complex young adult. Any issues are quickly resolved usually within the 1st time of bringing it to the attention of the team in the office. The team they have provided are everything you could ask for to look after your vunerable young person that I can completey trust to have give her the best of the best care and be able to work alongside the parents and uphold there wishes when it comes to the person they are supporting.

The team in the office especially kian,sommer and liv who I have had regular contact with are always friendly,supportive and go above the standard code of practice and resolve any issues effectively they seem to always care and want the best for the support they are giving to make sure its right for the client. Would highly recommend nothing isever to much trouble and they will do there best
