We are especially grateful to the Care Manager who spent hours in the kitchen typing up a new care plan as the previous agency left us with nothing. She will do whatever she can to avoid jobs so she can leave early. I had to complain about her so many times that in the end, rather than discipline the bad carer they just ditched us.
