I cannot thank all the carers and office staff enough for the care they provided my late husband over the past year. He used to enjoy their visits and the chats he had with them. I was totally confident in their help and observations over what might be needed and very grateful in their professional expertise in different situations and their problem solving. The feeling I have is that they all feel like family, what more could anyone ask for.

Care package is on the whole good, however there has been a few instances when the careers have been late, would appreciate a phone when this happens, as my Mother worries. Otherwise the package works very well.

I have no problem with the people that come to care for my wife, infact I think they are first class, but the office manager is another matter, after leaving my wife for 14 & half hours on two days in one week, I went into the office at Hythe to explain my concerns but was given short shift by the manager, she had NO empathy at all, it was only when another member of staff made a suggestion that hopefully the situation will be resolved

The service we have received has been very good, friendly and professional, the carers work hard and always available for a friendly chat. The group, overall, including management, have always been available and understanding... thanks to all staff.

Beech Tree Total Care has provided 100% commitment in caring for my mum. My mum lives alone and looks forward to their visits, three times a day. The communication I receive from the office when they have concerns regarding my mum is so reassuring that someone is there. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Some staff lack attention to detail. Generally a good service.

All Seasons stepped in with 3 hours notice to care for my Dad, who was on end of life care, after he was badly let down by his previous care agency. The minute they walked in they took away all the stress our family was going through allowing us to spend quality time with our Dad over the last week of his life. Within half an hour of them seeing him for the first time he was washed, changed and shaved beautifully, sadly something his previous agency hadn't managed in a year. All the carers were bright, cheery and friendly, nothing was too much trouble even offering to make me a sandwich. They went out of their way to support us at a difficult time. They always checked whether we needed anything else doing before leaving and kept to a regular time schedule. We are especially grateful to the Care Manager who spent hours in the kitchen typing up a new care plan as the previous agency left us with nothing. We can't put into words how thankful we are, just wish we'd met you sooner.

Beech Tree provided outstanding care for my mum before she moved to a Care Home. Mum was living at home alone and has Dementia/Alzheimer's. She loved the carers and looked forward to their visits twice a day. The communication and feedback from the Care Coordinator were always timely, helpful and compassionate. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The quality of care that you gave to my partner was outstanding! She couldn't wait for your visits (well more in the evenings lol). I wish you all the best in these difficult times.

If I was you I wouldn't risk it, look elsewhere.

Excellent care and very helpful.
