Beech Tree Total Care (Hythe)

I cannot thank all the carers and office staff enough for the care they provided my late husband over the past year. He used to enjoy their visits and the chats he had with them. I was totally confident in their help and observations over what might be needed and very grateful in their professional expertise in different situations and their problem solving. The feeling I have is that they all feel like family, what more could anyone ask for.

I have no problem with the people that come to care for my wife, infact I think they are first class, but the office manager is another matter, after leaving my wife for 14 & half hours on two days in one week, I went into the office at Hythe to explain my concerns but was given short shift by the manager, she had NO empathy at all, it was only when another member of staff made a suggestion that hopefully the situation will be resolved

Beech Tree Total Care has provided 100% commitment in caring for my mum. My mum lives alone and looks forward to their visits, three times a day. The communication I receive from the office when they have concerns regarding my mum is so reassuring that someone is there. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Beech Tree provided outstanding care for my mum before she moved to a Care Home. Mum was living at home alone and has Dementia/Alzheimer's. She loved the carers and looked forward to their visits twice a day. The communication and feedback from the Care Coordinator were always timely, helpful and compassionate.
