The manager and all the staff really looked after my father so well, they were so caring and compassionate. Thank you so much for all your help, it really made a huge difference to us as a family.

The actual carers are helpful and try their best to carry out their duties, but as for the organisation of their office, it is absolute rubbish. My wife, who is disabled, doesn't know who is coming through the door or at what time. Morning calls can vary from 07.15 to 08.30, calls are not evenly spread i.e. four hours apart. The company puts an extreme amount of pressure on the staff by not giving them time to travel from one client to the next. They also don't get break periods. The workload seems to change by the hour and often get sessions where they are waiting around for the next booked client (sometimes two to three hours) without being paid. In my opinion, it is no wonder this agency gets through so many staff. There just isn't any consistency with this company.

Care Outlook has done the utmost to ensure that my wife has been provided with the highest quality of care that they are able to give. I am so glad that we have them and would suggest to anyone out there to go with them! High-quality care and actually care about their clients!

This is my first experience of using a care agency. I appreciate that carers can only do so much. Saying that it does feel a bit like Care Outlook, not necessarily the carers themselves, treat their clients as commodities. It is ‘soft touch’, ‘clock in clock out’ mentality rather than actually encouraging the carers to make progress with their clients. I would like to see a real improvement over the coming week to see proper care taking place.

Staff vary and change. Sadly when there is a good one who gets to know mum well and she likes them they move on.

The Care Outlook team are incredibly efficient and well organised and it is most reassuring to know that my aunt is being cared for by such kind, considerate and helpful people.

A carer was meant to come around the time of 6:30 pm, the company have said that the carers came at around 6:10 pm and was then told to leave as the service user wasn't in, but I (one of the grandchildren) believe that no one came and then when we phoned and spoke to the manager in charge she was very rude and didn't comply with company procedure and as a service user I am not happy and will not be using this care company at all.

The care I receive is compassionate & centred on me & my abilities. The carers always make time to sit down & talk to me & get to know me. I feel cared for by everyone. The carers call if a traffic hold up is going to make them late. Contacting the office is easy & I'm treated with respect. Thank you.
