Care Outlook has done the utmost to ensure that my wife has been provided with the highest quality of care that they are able to give. I am so glad that we have them and would suggest to anyone out there to go with them! High-quality care and actually care about their clients!

A carer was meant to come around the time of 6:30 pm, the company have said that the carers came at around 6:10 pm and was then told to leave as the service user wasn't in, but I (one of the grandchildren) believe that no one came and then when we phoned and spoke to the manager in charge she was...
A carer was meant to come around the time of 6:30 pm, the company have said that the carers came at around 6:10 pm and was then told to leave as the service user wasn't in, but I (one of the grandchildren) believe that no one came and then when we phoned and spoke to the manager in charge she was very rude and didn't comply with company procedure and as a service user I am not happy and will not be using this care company at all.
