Carers have been smoking at my dad's property and throwing cigarette butts everywhere which is not only a serious fire hazard but disrespectful and rude. I have been asking for this to stop and for all cigarette butt's to be removed since 12/02/26 yet I am still waiting. I have also called the office
several times and keep getting told someone would call me back, still waiting. I have video evidence of this so will be posting very soon should this not be resolved immediately.

There are some very helpful and kind carers but unfortunately this is cancelled out by a few very disrespectful and unprofessional ones. This care service has added to my health problems not alleviated them. When reporting any issues to management, it's obvious that they neither care or have the intention
to do anything about it.
Carers who are carrying out their role poorly don't have any consequences which compounds the problems when a new client joins.
Avoid this company. I don't understand how they dare have care in their name as there is none.
