Human Support Group - Middlesbrough

The manager of this company, takes zero accountability for any mistakes made by staff and actually has the audacity to blame vulnerable, disabled service users. Some of the carers are fantastic however many have issues with delivering time critical medication on time and correctly. Sadly instead of
acknowledging issues and working with staff to provide more training and support etc to resolve this, simply refuses to even acknowledge any problems so mistakes continue. This is extremely dangerous and quite frankly bizarre that a manager acts this way. She was also aware that my father was paying for a 1 hour call but carers were only staying for 15-30mins. Quite worrying how many vulnerable people are having this done to them too and extremely dishonest.

I can't recommend Human Support care enough, the staff are fantastic. My dad has dementia and struggles to walk, the staff are brilliant with my dad. I can't praise them enough for what they do, thank you very much for all the hard work you all do.

Human Support Group - York

My wife has a condition called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a degenerative condition caused by a build-up of Tau proteins in the brain. It is very rare (5 in 100000), very difficult to diagnose, untreatable and incurable. It is typified by muscle stiffness in the limbs, throat and eyes;
a tendency to fall very easily and without warning; inability to speak clearly and the eyes cannot scan a page. This information was given very clearly to the assessor when she visited. When I received the copy of their assessment report, it showed the following:-

Relevant Medical History - High Blood Pressure (untrue)
Osteoporosis
Provide Additional detail below -
Progressive supranuclear palsy.
As carers arrive they are asked if they are aware of my wife's principal condition, the reply is always to ignore PSP and have to search for it on their handheld devices.
The organisation refuses to amend the report to tell the truth, putting cares and wife in jeopardy.
