I have been very satisfied by the care given to me. Nothing has been too much trouble. She is cheerful and this makes her visit more welcome.

The office updates me when issues arise with staff shortages in a timely way. I miss having support because moving my husband alone is difficult and sometimes impossible, but I understand there are some people completely alone. All the staff are extremely kind, caring, efficient and experienced. One gentleman is with us the most, and we have a good rapport, and he is very adaptable to his ways. The app is excellent and appreciated. I am very pleased and grateful to all staff involved.

The service and care is fantastic. They form a bond and a great relationship with my Father in Law. He has lived with us for approximately 30 years and I was asked to care for him on palliative leave when discharged from hospital. The care my mother has received is fantastic. Anytime any issues arise they have been dealt with efficiently and with care. Her carers are kind, considerate and very patient. Nothing is too much bother and they brighten her day with their humour and conversation. We have total trust in their care and presence in her house.
