I think the service is very poor. No motivation by staff, they are lackluster and cannot be bothered to work. They do not provide adequate support. They sit and leave the client to do things on their own which is a health and safety risk. They tell me to "get my mum to help me" overall , a very
unprofessional service. Inaccurate information fed back on a daily basis from staff team to management. I think a review of your staff team would be beneficial.
