Thank you for your comments. I apologise that we have not provided our usual high level of service in this instance. We have briefly discussed your concerns and we will be meeting shortly to discuss in more detail and put in place a plan to improve matters and ensure that this does not happen again in the future.
Our carer overcame all our fears, she immediately made Mother feel at ease, and she was able to deal with whatever issue that came her way. She was
Mother felt very well cared for – perhaps even a little spoilt, and misses her carer's constant attention.
We will definitely be using respite care again.
