All the carers I have visit me are absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond to help and have really helped improve my quality of life. The care coordinator team in the office are fantastic keep you updated on any changes and help if you need help. Particular praise for Salma and sajida such wonderful carers who really do love their job and clients it's lovely having these carers on my calls.

- We would like a weekly schedule so we can plan things around when carers arrive.
- More training is required for staff when dealing with people with mental health issues.

- More interaction is required with the patient, such as more activities and less time on mobile phones.

I'm very pleased with the quality and level of service we've received so far for Lewis. Lewis seems to be up be happy with the staff that he's going out with and always seems happy when he Returns overall we're very satisfied and happy with this service.

I have been receiving care from Holywell for some time and have nothing but praise for the carers who attend nothing is too much trouble and help from the office is always on the end of the phone.The carers who attend are compassionate and experienced from daily personal care to preparing meals making sure I have everything I need till my next visit.i can highly recommend this company you are treated as a person not a number.

On the whole happy with the care provided, the carer she sees the most goes above and beyond to help my mum.
We have asked if the carer is going to be late to let my mum know, but this isn't happening .

We know things happen and sometimes can't be avoided but my mum is sat waiting in wet pads, just a phone call would make a difference.

Overall Experience

Holywell have supported my son, who has a diagnosis of Autism and LDs, since February 2020. My son's support workers are professional, proactive, kind and consientious and we have a very good relationship with the care coordinator and manager. With Holywells' support, my son is living an independent, fulfilled and happy life in his own home. My son's support network is based on mutual respect and trust. I would not hesitate to recommend Holywell Care Service to others.
