Rainbow carers visited me twice a day for the last 10 months after my stroke. Every one of the girls are lovely, cheerful, and respectful. They are all from Africa (mainly Zambia and Nigeria). They work very hard under difficult conditions. Many of their clients are elderly and some have dementia. Some of their clients smoke in front of them and refuse to ventilate their homes and take advantage of their uncomplaining nature (Liverpool girls wouldn't stand for this)! I love all my carers but wish Rainbow would look after them better.

Excellent experience with this company who go the extra mile in making sure people are looked after properly. Easy to talk to staff who are extremely punctual and treat you with dignity whilst providing the best care at home. I fully recommend.

I was a client of this company who I feel has let me down which has left me feeling stressed, anxious and depressed. They said that the carers were refusing to come out to me which I disagreed with as I have always been kind to them and always thanking them for their care they have given me and always offered them a drink as I know how much they do, but the manager came out and said that he couldn't review the decision and I only found out when two social workers turned up and told me that they were removing the care, which came as such a shock to me and it upset me so much as the reason that they had given were untrue. So that has all happened in the last few weeks. I was with them for over one year and can't believe that this has happened to me.

As I do not live close by, I have always felt reassured that my mother is being taken excellent care of and being assisted to remain living in her own home.

Having had problems with my mums care in the past we as a family are so happy with the care my mum has been receiving from Rainbow Care Solutions (Merseyside). My mum can be very difficult having dementia and Alzheimer's and the carers are so patient caring and considerate. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very understanding of my mum's needs and go above and beyond to make sure she is looked after. The office staff are very supportive and sort anything needed out straight away. Couldn't ask for more.

Rainbow helped the main carer, to care for my Great Uncle in the last few months of his life when he became bedbound. They used to come in 3 to 4 times a day and assist the main carer with his personal care and making him comfortable. They were very professional, supportive and well organised. They were always very positive, well turned out and were there when they said they would be there. Although we're missing him, it was lovely, that the super carers at Rainbow at all times maintained his dignity and were such a big support to his main carer at a very tough time. Thanks so much!

Carers have failed to turn up or even contact to let them know that they won't be coming. No cars are provided to the carers so the carer turns up with boyfriends driving them around who wait on the drive, not appropriate and disturbs neighbors not to mention a safeguarding issue. Visits often around twelve minutes for a half-hour appointment. A number of safeguarding issues have been raised in a formal complaint as well as with the discharge social worker. I would not recommend leaving this company in charge of looking after your vulnerable relatives! You will be disappointed and potentially worse!
