They have supported me so much through all of this, even when I'm not well I get regular updates throughout the day on how my mum is doing, they check up to see if I'm ok and if I need anything, these girls deserve a medal, the outstanding work and support they do is out of this world, they always make sure Mum is very well looked after. Mum's face lights up when her main carers come in the house which is lovely to see, all the carers are so good with Mum.

it was agreed that it would be reduced to one carer and this transition was seamless. It is amazing that a consistent carer attends, this is greatly appreciated.

offered them a drink as I know how much they do, but the manager came out and said that he couldn't review the decision and I only found out when two social workers turned up and told me that they were removing the care, which came as such a shock to me and it upset me so much as the reason that they had given were untrue. So that has all happened in the last few weeks. I was with them for over one year and can't believe that this has happened to me.

Communication between the team and myself is particularly effective and if there are medical concerns during a visit, action is taken to contact her GP.
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have worked to establish a relationship with my mother and provide a regular rota of staff who are familiar with her needs. Extra services such as shopping and preparation of meals have been provided by arrangement.
As I do not live close by, I have always felt reassured that my mother is being taken excellent care of and being assisted to remain living in her own home.

They are very understanding of my mum's needs and go above and beyond to make sure she is looked after. The office staff are very supportive and sort anything needed out straight away. Couldn't ask for more.
