the most amazing carers. Her two regular carers couldn't have done enough for her and dignity was held throughout. Sadly she passed this Tuesday.
I want to thank seven members of staff for the care they showed her in the last seven weeks.

a shambles, not giving the correct meds etc, they call themselves carers. They didn’t even do my mum's hair you had to tell them to do anything, every day there was an issue. Luckily I was switched on and didn’t trust them, that’s why I said make sure you get a camera fitted. The management are useless I never see a manager, you will get a supervisor who is also a liability and like arguing and lying. My mother went into hospital and this bunch of spineless outfit didn’t have the audacity to send us condolences when my mother passed, that just about shows what this bunch is all about.
