Absolute awful team of carers .there rude use their phones turn up when they want .

I'm very disappointed with the care from Avant (Hillingdon). Carers are often late, distracted by their phones, and show little professionalism or hygiene. I've witnessed them raise their voices, fail to intervene during incidents, and waste time chatting instead of engaging with my autistic child.
Reports are often inaccurate, with tasks marked as complete when they're not. Management has been dismissive and unresponsive, even hanging up during calls. This service has added more stress than support. I urge others to be cautious and hope management takes real action to improve.

Service is okay during weekdays. Weekends are a mess, can be up to two hours or more late. The carers themselves don’t know when to come! Management of the organisation has to sort themselves out and listen to the telephone complaints as I know I’m not the only one during the weekend suffering from
the time problems. You can’t expect me to suffer in silence when the only excuse is ‘short of staff!’

I have used this agency now for 5 years and they have come a long way, especially during now with the Covid crisis. Even before that the agency provided me with all care I needed and ongoing, with regular carers.

I have been with this agency since 2016. Extremely happy with the care provided by Avant. They are diligent, kind, caring and communicative. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, informative and knowledgeable, and I would most certainly recommend Avant to those in need. I have a regular
carer, which is good for continuity, and they make me smile every time when they are visiting me. My carers always respecting my dignity and decision making at all times.

I have been a customer of this agency for two years. I am so happy with the service, I have the best carers. They are very helpful and they are looking after me well. The management is also brilliant, they are always helping me to sort things out.

I have been with Avant more than six years. I am really happy with the carers and with management. When I ask something from them they always try their best to help me. I highly recommend Avant, they are the best choice if you want a caring company.

Have been using this service for the past year and am very happy. The care package was provided by local authority and is for my daughter with severe learning difficulties and includes outings. The management has been able to accommodate changes in times and locations, staff are always polite and helpful.
Would and in fact did recommend to others.

During my mum’s illness, and in particular the past month, her needs have been changing weekly. Avant Healthcare - Ealing have accommodated these changes very willingly and always try hard to keep to the same two carers throughout mums visits. I am very grateful for the consistency of the same carers
who know mums needs and indeed her personality. I am so grateful for the reliable and caring two carers that visit us daily. It is peace of mind for me too knowing that my mum is in good hands!

Staff are trustworthy and reliable. The senior staff made efforts to accommodate my grandfather's needs which is not easy when managing timetables across the area.
We wanted continuity for my grandfather for his dementia and Avant Healthcare tried to assist where possible.

The care provided by the company is just above average. It is an operation of extremes. There are carers who excel and there are others who don't.

The staff are always helpful and efficient. They treat my mother with care. The staff usually arrive on time and there for the duration of the call. I am usually told if the staff are not coming to the call and they try and replace the usual staff with others that are available. Overall I am very happy

Very poor service. We can't rely on this agency. Carers are always late, more than half an hour and are careless and rude. The agency just doesn't care, they expect you to do the care yourself. Many times in the past they didn't send the carers, many times in the past the agency called me, asking me
"oh we don't have a carer today, can you please manage."
The agency never listens to the client, well they just don't care.
I do not recommend this agency to anyone.
