Thank you for speaking to me earlier about our care workers’ performance when providing care to your mother.
I delighted to hear that you are overall happy with your mother’s service.
You stated that what you were referring to in your review was about some of the care workers leaving gloves on the table after completing the tasks and some the care workers not putting your mother’s pads on properly.
However, you stated that this has improved now and it is not happening anymore.
