My wife is client of Home care for U. Last December I called Mehfooz Director of Home Care 4 U.
Asked Mehfooz we are going on Holidays In Jan 2026. So he knows not to send our invoice to the Council. We receive Invoice for payments from the Council Jan Feb March Last I week I called Mehfooz the director

to remind him. He said oh we
forgot but Simon will sort it out on Monday. I explained to Mr Mehfooz. I called please forget he replied
" Please don't me" then blocked my mobile number.
I was shocked. Today I called Office to
Remind. The lady answered my call. I said please can you put on to Simon. She replied he's in Meeting. I asked what time he will finish meeting. I don't know ring later. I told her my name but she ignored. I felt she knew soon as I mentioned my name. I was expecting her to take my details as pass on to Simon. Normal
Procedure. I felt this Care Company don't take any notice. Not even out feedback. It's terrible costumer Service.

Our staff work extremely hard to ensure that we provide high quality care. When I spoke to you, shortly after you called for me, you did say that you and your wife were very happy with the care that she gets.
Invoices are sent by the council not HCFY. In this instance, there has been an error resulting in you being invoiced for the period that your wife was on holiday. As soon as I was made aware of this, I corrected the error, apologised, and explained that you will receive a full refund. Each office has a management team to deal with any concerns such as this. However, you didn't contact the office but called the Company Director on his personal mobile number. Unfortunately, due to this, the information was not passed on to the finance department. However, as explained on the phone, this has now been corrected and you will be fully refunded for any over payment. Sorry for any inconvenience caused

I've been with Homecare for over nine months, and I've always been satisfied with their service. We did ask them to change our times to suit us, which they did.
I've always found the carers are very pleasant, also helpful.

Stay clear of Homecare for you Bolton. Management have a bad attitude and always everybody else's fault. When you try to talk to them they shut you down, don't want to know. I've got safeguarding involved over medication errors. Do not use this company, should be closed down and never reopened. All

If you're male or want home care for a male loved one then please, please stay well away from Homecare For You Bolton. The management is the issue, not the carers who deliver the actual care, they were excellent with me. The office management will treat you like rubbish and they shut you down, you will
not win. If the owner reads this review, you need to get your house in order, or lose even more clients. It's about what the clients want and not what the management wants when it comes to my care, after all without clients you don't get your salary.

I have been with Homecare For You for over 10 years now and can honestly say that having had a few other companies previously I am so glad I made the choice to go to Homecare they treat their clients with respect and dignity they always go the extra mile if they can and are always available anytime
for their service users and will always help if any issues regarding care. The company is reliable friendly and honest I would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work Homecare!

Both my carer and myself are both on same page our relationships strong and if any changes need doing we both sort it out so every ones happy. When I go shopping I let him know and always puts my shopping away.

Shocking company, management very poor, most carers poor. Avoid. Been with this company for over 12 months now. Some of the carers have been brilliant with dad. Unfortunately, they have now left the company apart from 1 or 2. I'll say no more.
