My wife is client of Home care for U. Last December I called Mehfooz Director of Home Care 4 U.
Asked Mehfooz we are going on Holidays In Jan 2026. So he knows not to send our invoice to the Council. We receive Invoice for payments from the Council Jan Feb March Last I week I called Mehfooz the director to remind him. He said oh we
forgot but Simon will sort it out on Monday. I explained to Mr Mehfooz. I called please forget he replied
" Please don't me" then blocked my mobile number.
I was shocked. Today I called Office to
Remind. The lady answered my call. I said please can you put on to Simon. She replied he's in Meeting. I asked what time he will finish meeting. I don't know ring later. I told her my name but she ignored. I felt she knew soon as I mentioned my name. I was expecting her to take my details as pass on to Simon. Normal

Procedure. I felt this Care Company don't take any notice. Not even out feedback. It's terrible costumer Service.
