I've got safeguarding involved over medication errors. Do not use this company, should be closed down and never reopened. All the reviews about this company are true. Stay clear.

If you're male or want home care for a male loved one then please, please stay well away from Homecare For You Bolton. The management is the issue, not the carers who deliver the actual care, they were excellent with me. The office management will treat you like rubbish and they shut you down, you will not win. If the owner reads this review, you need to get your house in order, or lose even more clients. It's about what the clients want and not what the management wants when it comes to my care, after all without clients you don't get your salary.

Shocking company, management very poor, most carers poor. Avoid. Been with this company for over 12 months now. Some of the carers have been brilliant with dad. Unfortunately, they have now left the company apart from 1 or 2. I'll say no more.
