Overall Experience

Excellent service at short notice to find a short-stay live-in carer for elderly cousin coming home from hospital after a fall. Easy to check up on what is happening day by day on the app, good reporting and discussions, and good to know that someone is providing company and appropriate watching of what actually happens around the house. The once weekly care staff are also excellent and short notice adaption of rota has been most welcome. Can't recommend highly enough.

My experience with Carefound has been really good. At first, I was nervous about having carers, but I needn't have worried, as they soon put me at ease and have been really kind and helpful, and I now enjoy seeing them.

Overall Experience
The weekly visits allow me to do 'worry free ' shopping or attend appointments knowing that my husband is safe.

The home carers usually take him out and he has enjoyed many different venues for refreshments and interesting outings, nothing is too much trouble and we both appreciate this.

Mum has live in carers from carefound. One has been with mum for past 18 months. Other has changed numerous times. mum is physically in better health since having them due to their excellent care & providing home cooked food & plentiful supply of tea.

Communication with carefound is efficient

Overall Experience

From first point of contact Carefound were exceptional with their knowledge, compassion and understanding, this standard never faltered. The team are amazing taking time to know and understand my mothers needs ( and quirks), they are both kind and patient, particular thanks to Holly, Danny and Lucy ( if I've missed anyone - apologies, you are all fantastic) we would have been lost had we not had Carefound. Thank you, I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Dad has really started to enjoy the carer's calling , even thou he was adamant he didnt need any help , Mum really enjoys the help and enjoys chatting with the girls , Big Thumbs Up all round from us guys

Overall Experience

I have found the daily visits to be very useful and generally to a high quality. There are a minimal number of different carers who visit him (approx 6 different ones in total). This results in both a more efficient service and also personalisation as my fathers familiarity and friendships builds with these carers.

Carefound Carers have made a massive difference to the care of my Dad. Following a stroke last year, it was decided, that he needed a little extra help around the house since his family don't live nearby.
The ladies have been truly amazing! The communication from Head Office is always brilliant and the ladies that visit Dad have been incredible. Helpful and understanding and always providing just the right level of care. They have gone out of their way to ensure Dad is comfortable and well looked after and as a result means he can stay in his own home for as long as possible, which is something that is very important to him.
As a family, it has been so reassuring and comforting to know that Dad is regularly visited and well looked after. Dad comments on how friendly and kind all the staff have been.

I could not recommend them enough Truly fabulous. Thanks so very much for all your help. It has made a difficult situation a million times easier. We are so grateful!

I formed a very favourable impression of Carefound's services in my capacity as a local medical professional so they were my first choice when looking for home carers for my Mother. We appreciate getting a rota in advance and the carers' punctuality. We have engaged Carefound for over a year and my Mother is looked after by the same few carers - never more than three but usually only one. The carers are professional but kind.

My husband (who has Dementia) had a full time carer for the six days I had away with part of my family. Although we had not met the carer before I was happy to leave knowing he would be happy to be looked after by the person he had just met.
The week went quickly and on return I found a spotless home and happy husband. He told me he had had a good week and he was well cared for including a lot of personal care. Although he could not remember the meals he had I would have known if he had not been happy with them.

All in all the care provided was as I would hope and expect and the service from start to finish was first rate.

We used CareFound for 6 months to support my elderly Mum who has dementia. We needed the help suddenly and everything was set up really well and smoothly despite the rush our end to get things in place. All the carers were very kind and professional and helped meet Mum's needs. They created a very clear care plan for Mum, but were very willing to be flexible when she needed something different. The clear rota and the app gave me peace of mind and the carers made me feel connected to Mum's care - at times when Mum was really poorly they offered me support and understanding as well. We only stopped using Carefound due to a deterioration in Mum's condition which meant different care was needed - otherwise we have been very happy with the service. We were often touched by special things the carers did like birthday cards and flowers where they really went above and beyond. Thanks so much to everyone at CareFound! I will miss you!

We have found Carefound to be most professional in their care and understanding of my mothers situation and tailoring the care to her specific needs .
From the start one particular staff member listened to what was needed and appreciated we wanted a gentle approach to a first introduction to acceptance of a little extra help.
The carer that visits is ' lovely ' in mum and dads words and although she has only been 4 times mum says she feels like she is part of the family.

So thank you !

A very good standard of reliable care that has allowed Dad to return home after a lengthy stay in hospital and make a quick return to his standard of living. He likes to come and go and has been on many different excursions with his carer in the local area.

Dad had a fall and the carer responded with empathy, professionalism & speed. He is constantly assessed & reviewed by the team. Communication is excellent with the carers, managers & family about dads care in general. I would highly recommend Carefound to other families. I know that my dad is in good hands & as a Nurse Specialist I am very aware of how good care should be!
