The manager and the team at the office are incredibly proactive and have been engaging with their GP's and the Meadows. They genuinely all work together for solutions to problems and it takes a lot of the burden and stress away from my sister and I. The costs are also very reasonable and sensible. They are cheaper than the last company we used as well yet there is no compromise on level of service we receive as it's much higher.

no discussion on what time would be best and call times being changed with no notification. Management only want to communicate by email and seems extremely reluctant just to pick up the phone and talk to me. Due to the issues with management, I have had to unfortunately find another agency. Get rid of the management and pay the carers a decent wage!
