From the initial booking staff very professional and friendly in taking the booking which is then followed up with a list of carers who will be attending and at what times. What is really good is that they try and use carers who have attended previously so that my husband is used to them and they are also familiar with the property and where things are located and appliances work, also that they actually attend for the allotted time.
We're really pleased to hear that you found our team professional and friendly from the very start, and that the communication around your visits has been helpful. It's lovely to hear that our care professionals familiarity with your home and routines has helped make visits run smoothly and comfortably.
They fulfill all the tasks that we have requested, always arrive on time and are very reliable.
We have the same carers unless holidays or sickness and this is always communicated clearly and an efficient handover process is undertaken.
All requests made to the branch office are dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner.
I think we have been very fortunate to find such good reliable carers
It's great to know that our Care Professionals are providing friendly, reliable care while prioritising your husband's needs....
My dad had care visits for around 6 months earlier this year . The carers were very kind , punctual , reliable and got to know my dad and what his likes and dislikes were . A personalised professional approach at all times
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this lovely feedback. It means a great deal to our whole team. We're delighted to hear that your dad felt well supported and that our carers were able to get to know him and provide care tailored to his likes and dislikes. Kind regards
They guided us all the way in providing support for my father.
There was total transparency in all our dealings with the company, and my father very much enjoyed the company of the carers who were carefully chosen to meet his needs.
I would not hesitate to use Carefound again in the future should the need arise.
We truly appreciate your kind words and your trust in us - it means a great deal to our Wilmslow branch.
We swapped care providers a month or so ago and wow what a difference we have seen. I would not hesitate to recommend Carefound and I actually came across them using AI search engine as it listed Carefound as outstanding. The two live in carers we have for my parents as well as the managers have exceeded our expectations. The carers go above and beyond and don't just do the bare minimum. They have had to deal with challenging parents with a multitude of issues as well. The manager and the team at the office are incredibly proactive and have been engaging with their GP's and the Meadows. They genuinely all work together for solutions to problems and it takes a lot of the burden and stress away from my sister and I. The costs are also very reasonable and sensible. They are cheaper than the last company we used as well yet there is no compromise on level of service we receive as it's much higher.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear the positive difference our team has made for your parents and your family. Our carer professionals and managers work hard to go above and beyond, and it's fantastic to know their dedication is having such an impact. We'll make...
The carers duties are to provide company whilst my wife has a leisure break & to warm through my (& cat's) pre-prepared dinner. The care provider made an excellent choice of carer, with good conversation, & she always arrives promptly.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that you're happy with our care professional and the service provided. It's great to know she brings good conversation and reliability to your home-both for you and your cat! We'll be sure to pass along your lovely feedback to her and...
Carefound have provided exemplary care for my father, acting at short notice when we had an urgent need and offering flexibility to suit our changing requirements. They have offered great peace of mind and my parents have been delighted with the service.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that we've been able to support your father and provide peace of mind during a time of urgent need. Kind regards
The carers all look after him very well, and he thoroughly enjoys their company. They are reliable, supportive, respectful and very kind to him. The whole service is managed very efficiently & professionally and works like clockwork.
He often comments that we chose the right care provider, and I couldn't agree more!
Thank you to all at Carefound.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We're absolutely delighted to hear that your father is so happy with the support he receives from our team. It means a great deal to us to know that he enjoys the company of our carers and feels well looked after. We're equally grateful for your appreciation of our team's professionalism and dedication. Kind regards
We just want to put on record our huge thanks for everything that the whole team has done in providing care and support for our Mum over the last few weeks until she passed away yesterday.
Everyone has shown professionalism of the highest level as well as care and compassion that is clearly genuine and heartfelt.
So many thanks to the whole team and especially to the Live-in Carers who both went above and beyond.
We would have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Carefound to anyone.
Thank you so much for your kind words during such a difficult time. We are truly sorry for your loss, and it means a great deal to us that you took the time to share your appreciation. It was a privilege to care for your Mum, and we're glad to have supported her and your family over these past few...
Provide an excellent service that I have used for 3 months now. Gives peace of mind from competent staff who use their initiative to do whatever needs to be done.

Thank you for your kind words. We're so pleased to hear that our carers have provided thoughtful and kind support, making your life more comfortable. Your feedback means a lot to us. Kind regards
All the Carefound Home Care staff seem to enjoy their work and are always very pleasant and professional. Any issues we have had are promptly and sensitively dealt with - my husband was very against accepting care at first but the girls worked hard to gain his confidence. He really likes the carers who come but still hates having people in the house, however in his more rational moments, he accepts that I can no longer care for him without professional help. The care is by no means the cheapest available but if you want the best you have to be prepared to pay a slightly higher price.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful feedback. We're thrilled to hear that our team has been able to provide the compassionate and professional care that your husband needs, especially given his initial hesitation. It's wonderful that our carers have worked to gain his confidence and that he feels comfortable with the support they provide.
Helpful staff soon integrated into the workings of this household. In addition to routine, anything to be done readily identified and action taken, often with no prompting necessary. A notable feature is a pleasant attitude in their work. At all times a pleasure to have around.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear that our staff have integrated smoothly into your household and that you have found their proactive approach and positive attitude so helpful. We really appreciate your feedback and look forward to continuing to assist you! Kind regards
My experience of your home care is as follows - It is the first time I have had to use a carer owing to my hip surgery. The management who visited was professional, polite, helpful, and easy to get on with. The carer staff who helped me were friendly and treated me with dignity as it was a bit awkward at first. We were able to establish a daily routine from getting out of bed, washing, dressing, and help walking downstairs. My recovery has progressed well with their help and expertise. This respite care is now coming to an end and I would seriously recommend your company to anyone who needs help and assistance including family and friends.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and kind words. We are truly sorry to hear about your fall and the resulting injury, but we are glad to know that our team has been able to support you during this challenging time. Our carers strive to provide not only the necessary physical assistance...
Our experience with Home Care has been a very pleasant one, the carers have always been very jolly and caring when picking my husband up taking him to the Coffee meetings, and bringing him home safely. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Care.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are delighted to hear that you feel your husband is safe with our carers. It's also heartwarming to know how much you appreciate their jolly and caring nature.
My Mum's experience with Carefound has been very good. She has 2 visits per week and as a person with restricted mobility (after a fall which broke her back) and dementia, she benefits from both assistance with bathing and also, importantly, from the contact time and social interaction this provides. Carefound staff are friendly, helpful, and reliable. Management is attentive and effective in helping me plan Mum's care.

Meet the Team (5)
My journey in the healthcare sector began in 2009 at a residential care home. In 2017, I transitioned to domiciliary care when I joined Carefound Home Care, and I’ve never looked back. I’ve progressed along my career path from carer to Registered Branch Manager, a role I started in 2022 and achieved my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
I have a genuine passion for helping others, and I find it incredibly rewarding to lead and collaborate with a team that shares this commitment to improving the lives of those we support. Learning about each person’s life history inspires me to deliver person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my twin daughters, who always keep me busy. We enjoy long walks with our dog, Kyza, and love visiting Macclesfield Forest.
I began working in the health and social care sector in 2014. I started as a carer and progressed to Care Manager. I have worked in both domiciliary care and residential care; however, my passion has always been for domiciliary care. I feel there is something special about being able to support people to remain in their own homes.
I achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England in 2016 and a Level 3 Diploma in Management in 2018. I am currently working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care.
My passion for working in the health and social care sector has always been driven by my desire to make a difference in someone’s day. I really enjoy going out, meeting new and existing clients, getting to know them, and learning about their lives.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my son, partner, and our dog, Dylan. I like to unwind by cooking, and my family's favourites are toad in the hole and chicken stroganoff.
After spending seven years travelling the world with British Airways and managing over 300 passengers on a plane, I decided it was time to transition to the care sector. My experience as a Senior Cabin Manager highlighted the transferability of many of my skills, and I found that caring for others came naturally to me.
I began my career in care in 2017, progressed to a management level, and joined Carefound Home Care in September 2018.
Caring for passengers at 35,000 feet gave me valuable insights into myself, revealing that my passion for care extended beyond the skies. The patience, duty of care, listening skills, overcoming communication barriers, and helping others adapt to new environments all laid the groundwork for my natural inclination to care for the clients I now support.
I take great joy in recruiting like-minded staff at Carefound Home Care and coming up with fun and creative marketing ideas for our team.
Since entering the care industry, I have completed my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England and I am on the verge of finishing my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care. I have also trained new carers within our company and attended multiple "Train the Trainer" courses to support this.
Outside of work, I stay active as the captain of a Ladies XI cricket team in the summer and play hockey in the winter. I also enjoy playing the guitar, singing, and walking with my partner and our two dogs, George and Gigi, who often accompany me to the office and love meeting some of our clients whenever possible!
I started my career as a full-time carer in 2018 after my children had all completed their education. I find the role very rewarding and have now progressed to a senior carer.
I love the relationships I have built with my clients, and I know some regard me as their friend rather than just a carer.
I received an award for being highly commended in the dementia carer category in 2021 at the Great British Care Awards.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my 5 children and family, and I adore my 2 grandsons.
