The two carers deployed have quickly developed an excellent relationship with the client (my mother) who despite having dementia now looks forward to their visits.

Excellent service at short notice to find a short-stay live-in carer for elderly cousin coming home from hospital after a fall. Easy to check up on what is happening day by day on the app, good reporting and discussions, and good to know that someone is providing company and appropriate watching of what actually happens around the house. The once weekly care staff are also excellent and short notice adaption of rota has been most welcome. Can't recommend highly enough.

From the initial booking staff very professional and friendly in taking the booking which is then followed up with a list of carers who will be attending and at what times. What is really good is that they try and use carers who have attended previously so that my husband is used to them and they are also familiar with the property and where things are located and appliances work, also that they actually attend for the allotted time.

The home carers usually take him out and he has enjoyed many different venues for refreshments and interesting outings, nothing is too much trouble and we both appreciate this.

From first point of contact Carefound were exceptional with their knowledge, compassion and understanding, this standard never faltered. The team are amazing taking time to know and understand my mothers needs ( and quirks), they are both kind and patient, particular thanks to Holly, Danny and Lucy ( if I've missed anyone - apologies, you are all fantastic) we would have been lost had we not had Carefound.
