Overall Experience
The company has been highly professional from the outset both in terms of handling meetings with my mother and I and with the detailed nature of the systems that they employ. Social care has been provided twice per week for a month to date. The company has been very responsive to my updates in relation to my mother's health assessments and has adjusted the care plan as necessary.

The two carers deployed have quickly developed an excellent relationship with the client (my mother) who despite having dementia now looks forward to their visits.

Overall Experience
Carefound organised a respite live in carer for my mother, which allowed me to go away, knowing my mum would be safe.
Both myself and my mum found the experience to be better than we had dared to hope.
The team are all very professional and communications are excellent.
I'm so grateful for all their input, advice and support.
The carer and my mum got on so well she is missing her now she has left.

I would not hesitate to recommend.

Finding the right care for a loved one is a daunting and deeply personal process. From the moment I made the initial enquiry regarding care for my mother, I knew we were in good hands. **Lucia** was absolutely amazing from start to finish, providing clarity and support during what was a very difficult decision-making period.
The service provided by **Carefound Home Care** has been brilliant throughout. The onsite team, **Katy and Shelley**, were superb. Not only were they consistently punctual, but they also brought a level of genuine care and personability that made it a pleasure to have them in our home.

Most importantly, they built a wonderful bond with my mother, which gave our family immense peace of mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for professional, compassionate home care.

My mother didn't want carers like most people I suspect. However after a short settling in period she has come to look forward to her visits. Her carers have got to know her now and are happy and willing to complete tasks
They also undertake jobs on their own initiative which saves mum from having to explain everything.

They are always very pleasant and I'm sure mum benefits from their company.

Overall Experience
I am very happy with the service provided by West Bridgford Carefound to my father. They treat him with kindness and always act according to his wishes, supporting him to remain as independent as possible in his own home.
The communication with the team is excellent. They immediately make me aware of any issues that arise and are also very sensitive and efficient in dealing with any concerns that my father or I may have. This is particularly reassuring to me as I live hundreds of miles away from my father.

I do not hesiate in giving a five-star review. Thank you.

I am very happy with Carefound and have nothing but praise for their services and communicatrions..
I admit I like the continuity of having my regular Carer but fully understand this may not always be possible. I have met and accepted that sometimes my regular Carer will be unavailable and also met and used her one session with more of a meet and greet and further get to know her rather than using her to actually do anything other than the reason stated above.
My review includes April 25-March26

PS I cannot fill value for money as my daughter Caroline & husband pay your bills.

As my father's health declined and it became clear he could no longer live independently, finding the right support became our top priority. I selected Carefound because of their CQC rating, excellent client reviews, and the convenience of having a local office nearby.

Since then, they have demonstrated a sincere commitment to my father's wellbeing, offering incredible flexibility and adapting his care package seamlessly as his needs evolve.

Overall Experience

My experience as a first time service was very good. I had a one week respite care while my private carer (of eight years) was on holiday. The care manager came and introduced me to the company and then came with the carer on their first day. By the end of the week became to my ways. I have Parkinson's syndrome with no dementia, I was very pleased to be treated with dignity and I have booked two more separate months later in the year. The carers showed signs of good training. I was very concerned that the accounts department took a repeat payment of my account. This was rectified quickly with an apology.

Although my mother is only receiving welfare visits in her care home at the current time these are very satisfying for her. It is reassuring to have issues raised by the carers as I only see what happens in the evenings.

My husband has been receiving support from the staff at the West Bridgford branch for a few months.
Both carers are unfailingly kind, patient and have got to know him well.
Although he is no longer able to anticipate their visits, while they are present he enjoys their conversation and support.
The staff in the office always quick to respond to my queries and have shown flexibility when I needed to change arrangements.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Carefound Home Care and feel reassured by the professional approach of all staff members I have met.

Very friendly and efficient service. Lots of extra information about further support has been provided and the liason with the GP is very useful. Communication is efficient and straightforward and it is very useful being able to see immediate feedback on the app. The carers provide a friendly and caring service and mum loves their visits. Excellent care for Mum was provided by a number of carers. Always on time, polite and considerate, and act according to Mum's wishes and needs. Work with Mum to maintain independence and mobility and watch health issues carefully. I am always kept informed and called if there are any issues or concerns noted. Lots of liaison on return from a recent hospital stay and to increase levels of care when needed.
Very considerate of being in someone's home, looking after that as well as Mum.

Slightly more costly than some other options but worth it for peace of mind, professional outlook, and reliability.

We have been using Carefound Homecare since March and couldn't be more pleased. My mother was quite nervous about having a carer visit but she now looks forward to it. Every carer she sees has taken the time to get to know her and the time they spend together makes such a difference to her.
