A huge thanks to all the staff at Wysteria! They firstly cared for my late husband after his accident for over a year; they were always extremely friendly, supportive and respectful! After he died, their follow up support to me was invaluable! Your staff by then were already providing care and a sitter for my mother three times a day; again this was always of an excellent standard. You were part of our lives for over four years and you will be missed. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! For everything!

Amazing, very helpful, and caring staff who are taking care of my auntie, very smiley, chatty and always went above and beyond. The office was fantastic, always very helpful over the phone and in person. Big thank you to everyone.

Wisteria care home Is a lovely home with a beautiful garden,where residents can sit and enjoy the lovely weather and well maintained garden .The home is very well run by a lovely manager,who is aways available to speak about how love one are doing.staff always greet you with a smile,the care they give to the residents is lovely nothing is too much.The food is home cooked.,which is lovely and plenty of choice.Wisteria is a well maintained home,The home is lovely and clean,which is a credit to the lovely lady a great manager and great team. I couldn't ask fora lovely home for my love one.

The carers are always kind and understanding but I struggle to give up my independence

Wisteria employs carers that poach their clients for a cheaper price privately and then do not do their job. Management apparently aware so God only knows what happens with end of life care. We noticed large amounts of money withdrawn from our late aunties account.

Wisteria have been a godsend to my mother. Nothing has been too much trouble, and if I call the office, it is answered quickly and my query dealt with. I called in this week, and a lovely lady helped me. The care team are good. Obviously, there have been some snags, but nothing that couldn't be fixed.

So far, I have no complaints about the service. Both girls have been very good. The only thing was yesterday, she was 10 minutes late, that's ok, but she didn't phone me to let me know otherwise, no complaints.

Carers are always polite and friendly, but not always the same carers attend our relative. They visit twice daily to administer medication, which is in a locked container, so our relative can't administer her own medication as she has dementia. New medication is put in the box weekly with a "pain patch" which needs changing each Friday, but due to different carers, it is changed on a Thursday or Friday, sometimes both days and last week not at all! Relative "refuses" their help to make a sandwich/meal, but eats it when they do so, I believe, they need to do it for her anyway

I think the overall care provided for my mother is very good, she is happy with the care she is getting and knows most of the ladies who care for her and has built a good rapport with them. This has helped as she has early stages of dementia. All in all, very happy.

Very helpful & understanding staff, those we first met, those who visit our relative daily and also those in the office who are always polite & courteous when I phone. It's been a lot to get our heads around the situation we find ourselves in now, but it's made better by you all.

We have no complaints whatsoever.

All in wisteria have been good for mum and in no order But the who team plus a few more have brightened up mum's day(sorry I don't know their names).

The management in the office would go leaps and bounds to help, and their communication was top-notch. Their empathy, along with their knowledge and integrity, knew no bounds. Big thank you to them! Being mentally impaired, my sister needs routine, her regular carer is fantastic and seems to understand her needs. When her normal carer is unavailable, things do not go so well! The main issue is not with individuals but with the fact that my sister could do with more care; she really could do with more help with personal hygiene, in particular.

My mother is stimulated and supported in the activities that the care home deliver, with enthusiasm and fun.

The staff that came and cared for my grandfather were second to none. The management in the offices were always on hand to help me with any queries. The carers were always respectful and managed to allow my grandfather to retain some independence and keep his dignity intact throughout his time as a service user! Unfortunately, he did pass away, but his passing was graceful and made easier by the team at Wisteria.

Wisteria has been an amazing care provider for my cousin. The staff have been very respectful and friendly, always asking if there is anything else they can do for us. The office staff especially the registered manager have always been amazing and extremely helpful with any concern we have and always going out of her way to help us with what whatever we need.

My Father was looked after by Wisteria for 20 months after he had suffered a stroke which left him completely paralyzed on the right side. This was an extremely difficult and upsetting change to my father and a frightening time for my Mother. Two people were sent to us like angels and even though we have recently lost my father, we will be forever grateful. The two staff members in particular made a very difficult time so much better. They were professional, caring, empathetic and went above and beyond. Also others within their team - four in particular were fantastic with my father.

When my grandmother had a fall and broke her wrist, the staff were very helpful to her, ensuring she had everything she needed before they left, I couldn't have asked for a better short-term service for my 93-year-old grandmother, they supported and encouraged her to be independent until she was once again able to look after herself. Thank you to the team for being so lovely and caring towards my grandmother.
