I was pleasantly surprised and so happy to finally use a professional caring care Agency after many disappointments in the past. My mother refused carers in the past. The Carer provided by Haven Care, to look after my mother, was so kind, trustworthy, committed 100 per cent to her job and very respectful. As a result, my mother gained complete confidence in Haven Care as a care package and I have decided to use Haven Care. They have trained their staff to high standards and every action is accounted for and monitored, so a high standard of care is maintained throughout. This in turn has given me much-needed respite and reassurance. I can now finally get on with my life knowing my mother is well looked after by a care Agency I trust. The management of Haven care are very supportive and accommodating to the client’s needs. Thank you Haven Care for all your support.

After unsuccessful and disappointing Care Agencies, I am happy to say I have finally found the perfect care agency in Haven Care. I found Haven Care to be very professional and have trained their staff to a high standard. They work very hard with integrity. In particular, the carer who attended to me was very professional, and hard-working and went above and beyond her care duties to ensure I was comfortable and as a result, I gained complete trust and confidence in her. This in turn finally gave me a positive experience in care. Thank you for providing a genuine carer who has the passion, and caring skills to care for others. Her communication skills are excellent and has the gift to put others at ease very easily especially when unwell or recovering. You have a gem here an asset to the Agency. I was impressed by the Haven Care Management. They listened to my needs and did their utmost best to accommodate my requirements. I recommend Haven Care to anyone looking for a good Care Agency.

Honestly, I can't believe the council is still using them.

Whilst some of the carers were very nice, they were let down by poor communication from their office. My Aunt was left without food or water from late Saturday afternoon until late Sunday morning because the carers hadn't been told we were paying extra for her to be fed. I made a complaint and eventually spoke to a manager who said she would investigate, but I was never informed of the outcome. I called several days after she had died to say I had not received a follow-up call about the complaint, that we were owed a rebate for days paid in advance and that I was surprised that as she had been looked after for a considerable time, that no-one had contacted us. I was told it had been noted on her file that we had been contacted and everything was settled. That was over two weeks ago. I am disgusted at the service.

Haven Care is one of those agencies who really know the meaning of "CARE". I would recommend Haven Care to everyone. The support workers are extremely professional and qualified. I am really qualified with their service. Professional and helpful at all times.
