Whilst some of the carers were very nice, they were let down by poor communication from their office. My Aunt was left without food or water from late Saturday afternoon until late Sunday morning because the carers hadn't been told we were paying extra for her to be fed. I made a complaint and eventually
spoke to a manager who said she would investigate, but I was never informed of the outcome. I called several days after she had died to say I had not received a follow-up call about the complaint, that we were owed a rebate for days paid in advance and that I was surprised that as she had been looked after for a considerable time, that no-one had contacted us. I was told it had been noted on her file that we had been contacted and everything was settled. That was over two weeks ago. I am disgusted at the service.

Haven Care is one of those agencies who really know the meaning of "CARE". I would recommend Haven Care to everyone. The support workers are extremely professional and qualified. I am really qualified with their service. Professional and helpful at all times.
