As a result, my mother gained complete confidence in Haven Care as a care package and I have decided to use Haven Care. They have trained their staff to high standards and every action is accounted for and monitored, so a high standard of care is maintained throughout. This in turn has given me much-needed respite and reassurance. I can now finally get on with my life knowing my mother is well looked after by a care Agency I trust. so unhygienic, they leave feaces and smear marks all over the bedroom as they don't bother to change their gloves.
I have video and photo evidence of all of the above however they don't seem to care at all.
We used to have another agency care and compared to them Haven Care is abysmal.
Honestly, I can't believe the council is still using them.

spoke to a manager who said she would investigate, but I was never informed of the outcome. I called several days after she had died to say I had not received a follow-up call about the complaint, that we were owed a rebate for days paid in advance and that I was surprised that as she had been looked after for a considerable time, that no-one had contacted us. I was told it had been noted on her file that we had been contacted and everything was settled. That was over two weeks ago. I am disgusted at the service.
