We had a number of part time day carers who provided non-nursing care. They were all excellent in every respect. They were punctual, professional, good cooks and most of all caring and human. We always felt very comfortable with them in our house. Unique Senior Care were very efficient in providing us with such good carers and were very responsive when our requirements changed at short notice.

I can't thank them enough I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I found Unique Senior Care in Knowle as I am often in the village. I live alone and needed someone to accompany me to a medical clinic for a cataract operation. The initial consultation was on their premises and very thorough, friendly and informative. This was followed by a visit to my home for further assessment of my exact needs, again very friendly and thorough. The carer arrived as agreed and on time to drive me to the appointment. She stayed at the clinic throughout, and I felt cared for. She took care to make sure I was safe and well enough to be at home alone before she left. I would recommend them.

Unique Senior Care has been a real help with my dad, who has just reached the time when he needed to get some extra help at home. He has been very happy with the homecarers and they have all done a brilliant job of helping keep him up to date with jobs about the house and checking in on him regularly has been a real support. The staff and supervisors have all been very understanding, and all admin has been handled super efficiently.

I cannot recommend Unique highly enough. From day one, they took the time to understand our family's situation and created a high-quality, personalized care plan that fits our needs perfectly. Chanelle is our point of contact and has been amazing to work with, and caregivers like Grace and Naheed - along with the rest of their unique team - are incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. They make a stressful situation so much easier. Furthermore, their communication is excellent and they keep us constantly informed and are always quick to respond to any questions.

My initial consultation involved two staff members and was pleasant, friendly and efficient. The first visit was very good. We'd established that my support would be simply to help me practise walking. This happens once a week and is working very well. I would particularly recommend Nannw and Chanelle, although it's noticeable that every member of Unique that I've met has been extremely helpful and friendly.

I cannot recommend Unique Care highly enough. All four carers that have helped me with my husband, who has advanced Dementia, could not be kinder. One plays cards with him so patiently, one cleans windows beautifully, and two notice things that may not be on the list I leave and just do them, among their other help to me. They take my husband for short walks and will even take our dog as well. I would not be happy or able to continue with my hobby if I did not feel comfortable leaving my husband with all these lovely carers. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff I speak to or email for bookings or help, who are in the office, are just so friendly and accommodating. I have recommended them to many of my friends who are in the same place as me. Recommendations are not something I do lightly.

Unique Care have only recently started to support my mother and provide care twice a day. The onboarding was made particularly easy, and the selection of a small team of carers made the process both easy for ourselves and, more importantly, for mum. The team in Kenilworth are thorough, proactive and communication between the parties has been excellent. Thank you for helping mum get the most enjoyment from continuing to live independently (with a little help!) at home.

As a family we have always felt supported by the admin team at USC, when nothing has been too much trouble, and our requests and queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Our carer was outstanding. She performed all of her tasks with enthusiasm, care and attention to detail. She has the most delightful personality, caring, funny and enthusiastic. She also knew, without prompting, when to be with us and when to give us some privacy. This was our first experience of live-in care, and it couldn't have been better.

Every member of the team treated my father with utter dignity and respect. Their reliability, patience and attention to detail made a tremendous difference to his recovery and overall wellbeing. They took the time to ensure my father didn't feel like he was losing any of his independence while accepting their help. Shirley has been caring for my father for over 8 months and we couldn't be any happier. She is very efficient, kind and caring and attends to all his needs. He feels that she is part of the family as she has fit in so well with him. Even if she has completed all tasks required, she still completes the full time allocated with any other duties she feels need doing to help my father. He really looks forward to seeing her every day. We couldn't recommend them any higher than we do.

The ladies looking after my mother were genuinely caring, and she enjoyed their company. They were always conscientious and were kept well informed of her needs as they changed.
