The first word to mind is genuine, honest, care.
They treat their client with care and respect and genuinely show love towards them.
My relative recently was taken to the hospital with what turned out to be serious issues.
If it had not been for the care team’s vigilance in identifying very early that he looked unwell and knowing him so well, lead to them eventually recognising that something was drastically wrong, first by asking for a district nurse, and then after the nurse visit who deemed him fine and said she was not worried to the care team involved not being happy with the district nurse observation after she left and making the decision to call an ambulance.

Their care and due diligence saved his life, as after being admitted by ambulance had a bleed and needed a blood transfusion and also had a blocked bowel, which needed urgent attention. This team has continued to prove and excel in their care.
