I am very pleased with home care, the care that the ladies provide is amazing, they treat my mum with dignity and respect and our home, would highly recommend this company to anyone in need, they majesure mum has hot meal very day if am not there, and if they have any concerns they will bring it up

What can I say about homecarers team. Let me tell you, its nearly 12 months since I was diagnosed with severe heart failure. I didn't and still don't want to acknowledge how ill I am, but my life abruptly changed from good to bad. Homecarers had been looking after me since I was discharged from hospital
in march 2025 and back in july 2025, i was told I would never be able to walk properly again so now i am classed as being disabled, homecarers have been helping me & my family come to terms with my diagnosis. Most of the time I have Sharon who comes to help me with getting up, getting me washed & dressed getting fed and watered. Without sharon being in my life, don't know what I would of done or where I would be. She has helped me out of some very dark places over the last 10 to 11 months. I don't look at sharon as my carer, I look at her like my best friend and part of my family. We have a good laugh and a good cry too sometimes.

All staff are excellent always great to talk to if ever there is a problem,any issues that have arose are always dealt with quickly carers are great at there job and office staff also, I no Mary is always in great hands with the Homecare team xx

Home care helped look after my father's needs from march 2024, initially twice a week, but his needs increased this year, and he has had carers in 4 times a day, every day since January this year. They are an excellent team, very professional, and very good at their job. They are also very caring and
supportive, both to the patient and family. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Home carers looked after my mum when she was discharged from hospital. The carers were absolutely lovely and really built a bond with my mum. They cared for her with dignity and respect. They built up a strong relationship with my mum and she trusted them with her care. The girls were not carers they
were her friends
My mum was really upset when her care was removed and was so sad she couldn't say goodbye
I would recommend home carers the standard of care is amazing.

I'm very happy with the care provided. The girls are lovely and nice as I have regular carers and I am comfortable with them.
Provide good care for myself and the gentleman who lives with me.
The carers provide personal care, food and fluids, do the domestic chores communicate effectively with me
and the gentleman who lives with me.

The amazing ladies from the palliative care team were more than we could hope for. They very quickly got to know what was important to Mum. Nothing was too much trouble, they made Mum laugh and were genuinely caring human beings. When my mum was ill, they waited at her house until midnight when the
paramedics came. They were also knowledgeable and thoughtful and supported us as daughters.

I wanted to send this email to convey our thanks to Homecarers - Liverpool for the care they have provided to my Grandfather over the last six weeks during his reablement care package.
I would particularly like to say a huge thank you to the carer. He is an asset to your company and his happy and cheery
personality goes a long way every time he calls to attend to my grandfather. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and we are very grateful for the care he has provided as well as the laughter and giggles.
I would definitely recommend your company and would not hesitate to use Homecarers - Liverpool again if required.

I have had home care for the last 5 weeks. The ladies who come to the house are very good. They are more than helpful. My only complaint is I had to cancel a lot of my calls as they were always late. Last night they turned up at nine o’clock for a tea call. The care providers are given jobs all over
the place, eg. in my road there are three customers who need help. They give the call to different people, instead of one person who can look after three. This would cut down travel time and costs for petrol. Again I can only say the ladies who come to the house are lovely. I think the coordinators need to be more aware of the programming, the work within areas. Some days the ladies have 12 am calls.

Unfortunately, our rapid response team do work across north or south areas and therefore will have calls in different locations. However, we do try to coordinate the runs to prevent too much travel. In addition, due to the nature of different contracts, this can mean that packages on the same street will not receive the same carers as different clients have different needs. This is reflected through the contract in which they are referred to us. I hope this helps. We will look into your query further and investigate where improvements can be made. I can't sing their praise loud enough, they were very understanding and compassionate. Going out of their way to help with my mum and myself.
They amazed me with their patience and tolerance with my mum when she was in a particularly foul mood and was almost always able to calm her down and settle
her.

If I could give 0 stars for this service I would.
Been ‘caring’ for my Nan for a week since being discharged from hospital.
Carers can’t even do the basics and introduce themselves to Nan, who on two occasions has been left in the same pad for 16 hours, has had instances of not being put to bed,
has had meds not given, among other things.
Some calls have lasted 4 minutes when they should be 30 minutes, she is paying for this ‘service’ out of her own money.
I have worked in care for years and never ever witnessed such poor practice.

During the time allocated to my husband - who has Alzheimer's disease. We found their caring rules exemplary. We were sad to learn that after a given period of use, we found that this company had to hand over to another. We experienced kindness, consideration, professionalism and dignity throughout.
It has been 57-years since we married, and the concern for us as a couple was also appreciated.
