This agency has proven itself to be entirely unfit for caring for vulnerable individuals. They are not qualified carers.
One of the most concerning aspects is the complete incompetence of the carers in understanding and speaking English. Not only does this pose a significant risk in emergency situations,
but it also means they are unable to comprehend even the most basic instructions for operating hospital equipment.
They have repeatedly shown up late, or worse, not shown up at all. Inexcusably, they have had the audacity to expect my elderly mother to lift my father and perform tasks such as changing his nappies because their staff failed to arrive.
The carers used religious beliefs as an excuse for subpar care. They used religion to justify inadequate washing routines, late arrivals, and even absences.
They have consistently gaslighted families, providing incorrect information to social services in an attempt to cover up their own failures.
Avoid for your loved ones.

Agency carers have not provided the care required for the client. Carers are of the same cultural background and restricted to what can and cannot do because of religious beliefs. Also, the staff tells you one thing and do something else. They have not given the correct information to social services.
Please check and find an agency that can provide good care for your loved ones, friends, and all requiring help. When messages are left for a call back from the manager, never get a response. I will not use or recommend.
