My dad - is the sweetest gentleman alive. He is loved, cherished and respected, He is worthy and not an idiot. My dad and family have been made to feel very upset, flabbergasted and disgusted after a staff member was very rude and aggressive with my dad - thinking my mum - his 'rock', who is also loved, cherished and respected also, would not hear from the room she was in in their home. He has caused a lot of distress for my family. He was supposed to be supporting my dad with his evening shower. My mum rushed to the room when she heard him being rude, impatient and aggressive to my dad! Shocking!
Main issues we had came from the non regular staff (NRS), who would come for weekend and holiday cover. One carer was excellent. Issues! Stayed a few mins and logged as full...
We the family met them way more than halfway. 23/12/24 an NRS attended, lied about times, door was left unlocked and broke the door handle completely from the door. We paid the repair so the house was secure, multiple emails/calls made with instructions of who to pay. They only paid up over a month later with lies, stalling and ignoring emails. I would say more but I only have 1000 characters! Stay away.

The service is satisfying, I like the carer. I can get on with her and I like her. I am satisfied with the service it is great and wonderful service. I like all the staff, they turn up on time they are never late, it is a great service.
