Greenwood Home Care have been looking after my mother for several years. The carers are very professional, kind and caring. They are in touch with me if they have any concerns. They do the shopping for her and I am very grateful to the staff and managers knowing that my mothers very well looked after.
I would certainly Greenwood Home Care.

Very reliable company. Lovely friendly staff and are extremely caring. It's great that you can visit the office in person and not have to always contact by phone. All the staff are very approachable and always happy to speak about any issues however small. Any concerns from them about Mother-in-law
were always dealt with quickly and we were always kept up-to-date. Would definitely recommend Greenwood.

An excellent care company. Very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. The managers are swift to respond to challenges and developments. The carers are kind, hardworking and pay attention to the range of client needs. My aunt was very well looked after and taken care of.

The carers provided good care and some went beyond what was expected of them. Certain management I do feel need to listen more and be a bit more honest and communicate with their staff. Maybe a little less secrecy and realise that people are paying a lot of money for the service and to have a little
understanding and empathy of situations which at times are very difficult situations.

My mother receives one hour of care every morning - we hope to increase gradually as and when she needs it.
She enjoys all the different ladies who come, some young some a little more mature.
She loves to chat and they help with all sorts!
I am confident that if we or my mum need anything from a
shop for example, the carers will sort it out for her! We live 40 mins away!
They help with a wide variety of tasks, things that my mum cannot do e.g stacking dishwasher and unpacking, washing and drying laundry, helping her with diet and preparing food, personal hygiene.
It is so reassuring for me personally, I can now sleep at night.

We contacted Greenwood Homecare when my mum felt that she needed additional support with her daily living routine. This provision enabled her to stay in her own home which she valued so much. The care given was of a very high standard, and my mum once commented to me about how much the carers paid attention
to detail with respect to her hygiene needs. The care not only met her physical needs but she also had carers that understood her faith and how important this was to her. I would not have any hesitation in recommending this company to others, for both their professional standards and the empathetic attitudes of the carers who work for this company.

The carers who have been looking after my parents have been wonderful, very kind and have gone above and beyond. My mum has dementia and it was lovely to see how relaxed and happy she felt with them, she loves singing and they joined in with her and made her feel very special. Knowing they were going
in each day gave us precious peace of mind. I highly recommend this care agency.

I do not think it is good public relations for the client to have to pay for the extra carer when shadowing takes place. In my case 31/01, 15/02, 26/06, 10/07, 25/07.

All staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. The care assessment was thorough and carried out promptly, in a relaxed, friendly manner. My wife is provided with a rota each week so that she knows who is coming to care for her each day, which we appreciate. If there are changes to the rota, we are
told in advance. The carers arrive at the appointed time and the care that she gets is thorough and not rushed. It is lovely chatting with the carers while they are here.

The family is very pleased with the live-in care our father receives from Greenwood Homecare. The carers are experienced and are very attentive to his various ailments, and they work very hard to keep him as comfortable as possible. We also get very good support from the office in negotiating all the

As a family, we have been very happy with the support we have received. All members of the team have been very helpful and supportive throughout. The carers have been friendly, kind and caring. May I thank you and your team for the care you provided for my father in his time of need. I was pleased to see so many of your team at his funeral and I was able to personally thank them both there and at the reception. Please ensure that your staff appreciate what a vital job it is that they are performing.
It may not be particularly glamorous to sit with, wash, clean, administer medicines etc for elderly people, but what they do is give those people and my Dad in particular dignity, and allow them to have someone to interact with and in Dad's case, to live another two years in his own home. Your staff gave my Dad a better quality of life than he would have had if he was removed from the comfort of his own home and for that, I am sure my Dad was, and I am extremely grateful.

I cannot speak highly enough about the care, compassion and assistance Dad has received from the fantastic and friendly team at Greenwood. I feel like I’m sharing the care of Dad with another family member who cares as much for Dad as I do. Nothing is too much trouble and they go to great lengths to
help Dad in every way they can, getting in touch with the right agencies when required and looking out for his needs. I am so so glad we found Greenwood. We came to them in a crisis situation in December and they acted so very quickly to get things in place. Thank you so very much for all you and the team do!

Greenwood Homecare I have been with for five months. The staff and management are very good; they judge their clients accordingly and treat and respect them. They help the clients and me with their care, patience and consideration. They help by shopping when I am unable. Good timekeepers. The lady carers
have personality and character. The management does all in their way to help the carer ladies. I'm very happy with them.
