Overall Experience

Greenwood Homecare provide care for my 92 year old mother who wishes to remain in her family home. The care that they provide is excellent, not only at the point of delivery, but with their background service. We recently had an incident where my mother had a fall. I was able to telephone the out of

hours service and a carer was sent to assist my mother very quickly. This helped to reassure mother that further assistance was on its way.
I highly recommend Greenwood Homecare. We have been using their service for three years now and have had very few issues.

Overall Experience

My mother-in-Law is cared for in her own home by the Greenwood care team.
We as a family do appreciate the high standard of care the team provide.
We have a visit from the team four times a day to manage her needs.
This is done with a warm welcome. A caring smile.
As my mother-in-laws requirements

change with age and illness, the care Manager is always on hand to review her package, talk to the family and ease our concerns.
Their paperwork and email service is efficient and the office always on hand to advice and help.
We very much appreciate Greenwood Care and would recommend to anyone finding them self in need of care as we have.

Overall Experience

My carer's are always on time and are always polite and pleasant. They give me my daily shower and then make me breakfast. Take washing out of machine and fold away into airing cupboard. They then take my rubbish out to the bins and recycle

Overall Experience

I find this home care provider very good, they respond very quickly and issues are sorted out fast. I have recently asked my aunt how she was feeling about the carers and she said she is happy with them and she likes them all. I like that they can help with all kinds of things to include trips to

the GP and dentist and as I know they are all trained to handle the elderly It's a weight of our minds. The carers respect my aunts need to carry on doing as much as she can for herself and they don't force her to do what she does not want to do. I was particularly impressed when they got a carer out to my aunt within 30 mins when she had hurt herself, that felt such a relief knowing we had someone else to rely on, they were able to call the district nurse which was such a big help. I don't believe any care provider can be perfect however, I do believe this one has some excellent staff, take feedback seriously and really try to do the best they can.

Overall Experience

We used carers who used to come to the house to visit my husband after he went into a Care Home. The carers who visited helped him do some exercises and talked to him. I was able to follow what happened at the visits by reading their reports on line. I was very grateful for this facility. The carers

were always generous with their time with my husband and he appreciated them coming.

Overall Experience

Very helpful staff that are happy to do a variety of tasks from washing hair to shopping. Quick to answer any requests for additional care. . Have made life a lot easier for my mother.
I would definitely recommend.

Overall Experience

We are very pleased with Greewood's services. The staff are very polite and we feel safe in their hands that care is being given to my husband. My husband is showered, dried properly and cream and deodorant administered.. They oversee him shave and I can hear him chatting away to them and most importantly

they chat back.
Although it is impossible for us to attend, Greewood do invite their clients to tea parties and gatherings which I think shows kindness.

Overall Experience

I am well satisfied with my care provision. Carers come almost always on time, pretty much as scheduled on my weekly rota, with only occasional inevitable substitutions. Those who do my care calls are all now very much on top of what is needed and supply it intelligently and efficiently. My principal

carer is particularly helpful in making sure my kitchen supplies are replenished in time. I am always treated as a person, not as a patient or a client. I get on very well with them all, and enjoy their company greatly.
I also much appreciate the promptness and straightforwardness with which any communications with management are dealt with. I value the flexibility available if I need to cancel a call at relatively short notice. There is full and clear information in the twice monthly billing, with opportunity to query anything, and a reasonable period before the direct debit payment is charged.

Overall Experience

The care given to my friend from the overall company and Carers over the years has been outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble and any concerns raised were dealt with professionally and efficiently. They were not just Carers to my friend but she saw them as friends and looked forward to all visits.

Any concerns Carers had were immediately reported to myself by the office staff who were always helpful and reassuring.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed Care at home.

Overall Experience

Greenwood care has exceeded my expectations of a care package. The carers have engaged with my mum making the experience something to look forward to rather than something to be tolerated. They have respected the property and always leave the home clean and tidy. Likes and dislikes have been accommodated

with professionalism and a friendly manner. The attention to detail ensured a smooth transition from hospital to home. As mum has improved in health the carers have allowed her to become more independent and to take more responsibility for her own needs that have enabled her to regain her self respect and dignity. Flexibility from the management team has enabled me to tweak the care needs and timings as required by the situation.

The carers arrived promptly. The first one was really good and the second one did her best but I had not left instructioins so had to be creative. I am entirely happy with the service. Overall Experience

The service provided for my Father was excellent and the carer assigned did her best for my Father despite sometimes trying circumstances. The carer was adaptable and adjusted to my Fathers specifics needs on any given day. No complaints at all.

Overall Experience

The care received by a particular staff member was fantastic, her company looked after my husband for 7 months. The hospital gave him weeks due to immunotherapy problems. This staff member and the physio worked to get him well, he is now almost back to his old self. However, at some point in the future,

the cancer will come back and I would not hesitate to ask them again for 24-hour care. Many thanks to you all.

Overall Experience

After a bumpy start with carers, we came across Greenwoods, who cared for my mother for the last three years of her life and I can confidently say that my mother saw them as good friends and people she could trust. She felt happy and safe with the carers, which was an enormous relief to myself, brothers

and sister, along with the fact that we were kept updated on any ongoing concerns, medical or not. I found them to be totally honest, trustworthy and very approachable. Due to my mother's illness, there was the odd occasion where we unexpectedly needed help quickly and suffice to say Greenwood's shone through. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this company and would not hesitate to recommend Greenwoods to absolutely anybody in need of care.

Overall Experience

Greenwood have been looking after my elderly father since 2018 and the service they provide is above and beyond. My father has dementia and they visit him 3 times a week and always go above and beyond their services to make my father comfortable and secure. Would highly recommend this company to anyone

Dad and I were impressed with the Greenwood team right from the initial consultation, they made him feel very comfortable about daily care and how everything would work. Once care started they very quickly established a routine and helped Dad feel at ease with it. They assigned a regular team so Dad

got to know his carers and who was coming on what day. The team were professional, kind and approachable. The management team supported us whenever there was an emergency or unexpected matter to deal with. We are very grateful to the team for the care and support they gave our parents during end-of-life care.
