The carers are not trained in any way at all, there is no cross infection, no compassion and no quality of life whilst using this care company, the attitude is shocking and I no longer wish to use this service. Our visits are all bunched together, there is no structure and the patients interest certainly isn't priority. Worst care company I've dealt with.

The worst care agency experience ever. Avoid at all costs, especially if the client is vulnerable/disabled. They have no respect for the client or family members and instead of helping the family, they did the exact opposite, trying to make our lives more difficult. They need to understand that especially if dealing with disabled clients, they need to be trained by the family as otherwise, it would be dangerous for the client.

I would like to know what your policies say about care providers' behaviour in the client's homes.
