The carers are not trained in any way at all, there is no cross infection, no compassion and no quality of life whilst using this care company, the attitude is shocking and I no longer wish to use this service. Our visits are all bunched together, there is no structure and the patients interest certainly
isn't priority. Worst care company I've dealt with.
