The worst care agency experience ever. Avoid at all costs, especially if the client is vulnerable/disabled. They have no respect for the client or family members and instead of helping the family, they did the exact opposite, trying to make our lives more difficult. They need to understand that especially

I thought that all carers are trained. I thought they are not to charge their phones, and power bars, in the client's homes. I also thought they must not be sleeping on the client's couches, also leaving their food in the client's fridge for days, and drinking out the bottles of water that are provided
