Overall Experience
Mobile Care Services Ltd cared for my Mom, who had dementia, for over 2 years. Initially, this was for respite whilst I was on holiday, and as she deteriorated the care gradually increased. Prior to her death, we were receiving double-up calls four times a day.
The staff always showed care and compassion. We had a small team of staff who were great with Mom and she always felt safe and happy with them. They built up a good rapport with her and also supported our family emotionally. I would highly recommend them.
