From the first contact with Home Care Preferred we had excellent communication and service and support. Our support needs were carefully assessed. The support worker was excellent and a very good match for my adult son. The contact was very clear and we received excellent value care and support. We would definitely recommend and use this service again.

I had a very positive experience with my carer. She was delightful, fun, interesting and because I am a writer I found her anecdotes very enjoyable to experience. She had very good boundaries and understood the task and what I needed.

Taken very good care for about 3/4 years. Everyone is caring and patient with my friend. Always reliable. Escorts to the appointments and keeps me updated on whatever the outcome is. Friendly carers. Can't expect better than this.

Excellent service from their carers. They always go above board to ensure I am well taken care of at home and even on outings or hospital visits. They are always friendly and obliging. I cant recommend them enough.

Carers are very good, they are caring and careful. Management is very approachable and helpful. They call back as soon as she even helps me understand my letters, and will come over to solve my problems. Overall, they all are great as advertised.

Home Care Preferred Barnet stepped in when my friend had returned home from hospital after having a fall. The management team went above and beyond, organising hospital beds, medication, speaking with GP's etc. Her live in carer was lovely, caring and compassionate. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Overall, I could not have asked for better care, and I was in full agreement with her findings after the end of the first visit - which was to agree to call again but to be cautious about my wife's suitability of the client.

Qua's team stepped in to help my mother recently when her regular carer was on leave. I found the whole process very efficient including home assessment and subsequent electronic paperwork (thank you Diann). The two carers very quickly got used to my mother's routine and were efficient and courteous. It can be quite daunting for an elderly person to suddenly have a carer change, the two Home Care Preferred carers soon put my mother's mind at rest. Thank you.

A very efficient service. Very understanding staff & administration. No complaints at all.

We had a carer to look after the person I usually care for. She stayed from 11 am to 10 pm doing the cooking and some housework. She has looked after my client before, but my client has dementia and doesn't remember. They get on very well, and my client enjoys her visits. The carer is very helpful and friendly and leaves the house looking spick and span, with my client very contented and well fed.

The Carers are very nice, very helpful and they would do their possible best to help. They are very professional, understanding, caring, kind and hard working. They also work together as a team which very helpful.

Care has been good, carers who drive a car are more beneficial to people who are housebound. My carer has been very willing to do anything I want help with.
