We had a carer to look after the person I usually care for. She stayed from 11 am to 10 pm doing the cooking and some housework. She has looked after my client before, but my client has dementia and doesn't remember. They get on very well, and my client enjoys her visits. The carer is very helpful and
friendly and leaves the house looking spick and span, with my client very contented and well fed.

My friend who I've known since 2024, fell ill with COVID during her missionary trip to Poland so she had to quarantine during a brief stay in London over Christmas. She was quarantined and cared for by Home Care Preferred Barnet, and the support she received was exceptional.


She had been feeling

extremely unwell and isolated, especially being so far from home, but the carers went above and beyond to ensure she was not only physically cared for but also emotionally supported. It was a huge relief to know someone I care about was in such good hands during such a difficult time.

The care they provide is truly exceptional. The carers are not only professional but genuinely caring, often going above and beyond. On one occasion, I had to visit A&E, and my carer stayed with me the entire night due to the long wait. They made sure I was comfortable, checked on me regularly, ensured
I ate something, and kept me hydrated throughout. Their kindness and dedication made a difficult situation much easier. I would wholeheartedly recommend this care service to anyone in need.

They looked after me very well when I broke my both ankles until I got back on my feet. The Staffs in the office were very helpful, easy to talk to and very friendly. I can honestly say that they go a hundred and ten percent all out for you. Nothing is too much for them. Carers were very caring and
supportive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Home Care Preferred Barnet.

At all levels, Home Care Preferred has been excellent with both my parents. The staff are caring, reliable and calm, using their initiative when they need to. Management are proactive, informed and very responsive. It's reassuring for my parents and a weight off my mind to have Home Care Preferred in

Efficient, caring and well-trained carers through the agency. The Manger
was always a brilliant support through thick and thin of things and such a good manager and organiser. Always on the end of a phone, as was Care Manager and the carers are all fully briefed and trained

I had homecare for two weeks following a hip replacement as I live alone. The care and attention from Home Care Preferred was excellent. The Manager helped me organise aids for my return home, organised my return from hospital and helped me to settle in.
The carer they provided was very friendly and
helpful, and I couldn't have managed without her. She was living in.
I would add that in 2019/2020 we had live in carers from Home Care Preferred to care for my husband who was suffering from Vascular Dementia. The care they provided was again excellent. The carers provided were mainly very good, and on the odd occasion when things weren't working out with a carer the managers immediately responded, and when necessary replaced the carer.
We had some delightful people, and of course inevitably the odd person who didn't fit in, but as I said, the managers responded immediately to make things right.
I have found the managers a delight to know and can highly recommend them as a company.
