Staff are very professional, well trained, caring. Staff do a good job looking after my mum. Phoenix Homecare and support are the only agency that have been able to manage my mum's care needs, we have had Phoenix for 6 years now and we would be lost without them.

Phoenix Homecare is respectful, caring, professional, and always goes above and beyond in its job. From the carers to the management team - there are no faults; if there were any issues or concerns, these are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. This review is in direct response to a home visit by the area manager and the local client relations manager, which in my previous review I was less than complimentary about. After an in-depth conversation with both, a lot of issues were cleared up. I now understand that words that were attributable
to the said manager were in fact not said at all. For me, Pheonix as a care company, has most sincerely risen from the ashes, with their reputation intact. There will not be any change of provider for me now.

I can say that my carers are very good, I have five regular, and the odd ones, they are not miserable and we have a laugh and a joke. I am very pleased that I can rely on all my carers.

Did excellent work with my grandfather before he passed away. Genuinely caring company, glad I chose them for his end of life care. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that his care plan met his needs. The staff was nothing but respectful.

The manager and her team have been excellent right from the first point of contact to the manager, who came out to see us and listened to my mother’s needs. She was highly professional, and explained what was available and arranged a care package immediately. All of the carers have been wonderful, very
caring and patient, I could not ask for more, so thanks again to the manager and her team at Phoenix Homecare and Support Ltd (Powys). (My mother said they are all lovely)

Pheonix Homecare and Support are a really amazing company of carers. All through the COVID-19 crisis they have continued to look after their clients, whilst shopping, etc for their own family members who have been shielding/isolating.
Their service is impeccable, following guidelines, rules and regs

but still making sure their clients are always at the forefront of any decisions made. They treat their clients with the utmost respect and always (when possible) make the client make their own decision. I would 100% recommend Pheonix Homecare and Support for any friend, neighbour or relative who needed home care.

My carer in particular is a great member of the community. I’m an unwell person been in and out of hospital. My carer, even though she has a family of her own, always manages to help me with my needs even if it’s just to pick up my medication or to see if my children are attended to.

Phoenix Homecare provided care for my step-father. They assisted my mother to get him out of hospital so he could spend his last days with his family. Personally, I struggle to find high-quality care workers who go above and beyond to suit my needs. Being a client of Phoenix Homecare has truly been one of the best decisions I have made to benefit me. They are kind and outgoing at all times for which they deserve my respect and have well earned it.
Not once have they made me doubt them in any way and they are truly someone you can count on. Therefore, I highly suggest Phoenix Homecare as a care company if you're looking for the best.

Fantastic caring staff to my dad, I knew my dad was in the most professional caring hands, right up to when he passed away. He used to chat for hours about his carers. They were part of the family. We as a family would like to thank the manager and her angel's for giving my dad the life and dignity
