Some carers just want to get in and out asap. However Marie and Cherry are the exeption. They are a credit to the industry. The office staff are not very good. They fob you off and say they will deal with an a issue but rarely do. The agreement on my care plan was morning 07.45 and evening 17.45 with a 30 minute leaway either way. The office are meant to notify you of any changes. That very rarely happens. I have sat here and my carer arived 1.5 hrs after it clearly states in the agreed care plan. My sooccial worker has met with them and they just come up with the same rubbish... not enough staff. The office are meant to cover shifts if needed. They send staff at the last minute you have agreed not to as u dont get on with them. when you say you dont want them they just say ok do you want to cancell. When you do it has still to be paid for.problems every day The office manager is bulshy and will not change things. Left lots of messages 4 directors but no replies

Staff are very professional, well trained, caring. Staff do a good job looking after my mum. Phoenix Homecare and support are the only agency that have been able to manage my mum's care needs, we have had Phoenix for 6 years now and we would be lost without them.

The manager and her team have been excellent right from the first point of contact to the manager, who came out to see us and listened to my mother’s needs. She was highly professional, and explained what was available and arranged a care package immediately. Their service is impeccable, following guidelines, rules and regs but still making sure their clients are always at the forefront of any decisions made. They treat their clients with the utmost respect and always (when possible) make the client make their own decision. Our nan became extremely ill and my carer was the one that cared for her as well as us as a family. So selfless, a superstar in every way. Always happy to care and help others, always puts a smile on someone’s face. Well done, keep it up.

Fantastic caring staff to my dad, I knew my dad was in the most professional caring hands, right up to when he passed away. He used to chat for hours about his carers. They were part of the family.
