Avanti provided care for my mum over 4 1/2 years, the carers and the office management staff have been very professional, friendly and caring, putting the needs of mum first. She looked forward to each bit with their humour and laughter keeping a smile on mums face, an amazing company I would recommend

My mother-in-law was in end of life care at home and during her last 3 months, the staff at Avanti who cared for her, ensured she received compassion and kindness. Moreover, they checked in on me each day to see if I was also okay as I lived with mum during this time. The staff are amazing. They put
the needs of the patient first and treated my mother-in-law with respect and good humours. She looked forward to each visit and as a christian, the carers would often sing hymns to her while they cared for her, I felt like they were part of the family.

I want to express gratitude for the great care and attention that Avanti has shown during four months of care visits to my mother. Right from the beginning, the first impressions were excellent. The attending staff worked well together to get the required information and also share relevant information.
More than anything, they left us feeling happy that Mum was seen, heard and that her needs were recognised and addressed with care. This sensitivity allowed Mum to feel understood and respected, which has always been important for her well-being. Since this first meeting, a staff member continued to be available to us, via telephone, or email to problem solve and or share feedback. Each time the caring team visited, they did what they could to help Mum feel cared for, comfortable and remain independent in her bungalow. Thank you for making Mum feel valued, and cared for, and for sometimes going above and beyond!

I would recommend Avanti Homecare to anyone, they are respectful, communicative, dignified, keep mum happy and clean and mum is always happy to have them. They keep us up to date with changes that happen. Give mum choices too, which is important.

Avanti provide excellent care both through the day-to-day care team and the office management team. Thorough reviews are held on a regular basis, and genuine attempts are made to tailor care offered to my step mum, who can be a bit stubborn! to use app enable the family to monitor my step mum's response to daily support.

We are extremely happy that we found Avanti. The staff in the office and the carriers who come in daily are fabulous. Any questions are dealt with promptly. Nothing is too much trouble. Our daily carers are superstars and treat my father with respect and dignity. Dealing with his little ways wonderfully.
He has looked so much better with their care and would not hesitate to recommend them.

All carers have been competent and shown very great attention to treating the 'cutomer' with dignity. It is comforting to know that great care is being at times when I cannot be there. All carers have been very sociable and good at communicating with us. I am happy with the service.
