Avanti provide excellent care both through the day-to-day care team and the office management team. Thorough reviews are held on a regular basis, and genuine attempts are made to tailor care offered to my step mum, who can be a bit stubborn! Excellent daily messages posted by the care team on the easy
to use app enable the family to monitor my step mum's response to daily support.

The team at Avanti have all been nothing but professional, friendly and efficient since we have been using them.The carers are all lovely, polite and helpful and want to do all they can to help mum. They are always on time and follow all instruction to the letter.We are very happy with the team and
the service we receive and would like to thank everyone involved for all the help and support they give us. Mum would be lost without them.

We are extremely happy that we found Avanti. The staff in the office and the carriers who come in daily are fabulous. Any questions are dealt with promptly. Nothing is too much trouble. Our daily carers are superstars and treat my father with respect and dignity. Dealing with his little ways wonderfully.
He has looked so much better with their care and would not hesitate to recommend them.

All carers have been competent and shown very great attention to treating the 'cutomer' with dignity. It is comforting to know that great care is being at times when I cannot be there. All carers have been very sociable and good at communicating with us. I am happy with the service.

Avanti have been providing care for my mum for about 2 years. They are reliable and provide excellent quality carers. The carers are friendly and my mum likes them all. They take the time to chat to her throughout each visit. All carers appear to be well trained and I can read their notes on the app
provided. The management team provide an efficient service and deal with any issues promptly. This service is allowing my mum to stay in her own home.

We chose Avanti after a very poor service from another care company. We were very anxious about the service we would receive. How wrong could we be! From the very first meeting with the care coordinator & the manager, we have had nothing but a professional & caring experience. They definitely put the
client first, constantly reviewing how best to meet his needs. There are challenges but they show a great determination to resolve these and importantly they listen and respond. Dementia is not easy but they understand. Thanks for putting our faith back into a care provider.

Wow what an incredible find
After my Husband suffered a stroke in Feb 2024 we needed care on his discharge from hospital unfortunately he was in and out of hospital until the August and due to complications and him wanting to stay at home it was agreed that he could with 2 carers 4 times a day.
I
picked Avanti based on the times they could offer and I couldn't have picked better, the whole team are so friendly, caring and nothing is too much trouble, they understand when you are having a '
bad' day and that goes for me as well as my husband and respect that they are in your home when times are tough.
We have a physio and she comes when the carers are here and they fully support the exercise program that is given and she has herself praised them and even recommended Avanti to her clients
Over all 10/10 couldn't have chosen better

We have used Avanti Homecare now for two years. They have been an excellent care company. The carers are always very attentive and make my mum smile before they leave as she is bedridden. This is very important. They are extremely reliable. Have never let her down, where we have used other companies
and this has been the case which has been extremely stressful. As a company, they are in contact regularly, checking that things are done and asking if there are any problems. From our experience, this is how care companies should be run, and we appreciate everything they do.

We want to express our appreciation and thanks for the care provided by Avanti following the cancer diagnosis for our Uncle through 2024 and early 2025. Over nine months we had firstly three care visits a day, reduced to two visits (at our request) and in the final two months increased to four visits
a day when his condition worsened. Over all this time we had no complaints at all about the quality of care provided. We can't speak highly enough of Avanti's carers who were professional, experienced and polite with us, his family, but above all, they were genuinely caring and interacted with great kindness with our Uncle. They provided him not just with daily care needs but with valuable social contact and chat which cheered him immensely. We would even hear them singing with him which was lovely. We'd like to thank both the carers and Avanti's management for ensuring that our Uncle received the best possible care in these months. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

I am very happy with the care and support received, the carers are always on time and very supportive.
I feel at ease knowing they are coming and looking after my mum who is 93 years old.
Very polite and friendly team and will always contact me if they are worried or concerned about anything.

reading about other care companies I will highly recommend Avanti Homecare and always recommend them to my friends on social media.
