Disrespectful staff, non-compliant with health and safety, ignoring infection prevention. Dignity and privacy to the client was not shown after undressing her and exposing her genitalia in front of the window in her lounge while visitors were also in the lounge. The carers did not ask us to leave or ask who we were. I told them to take the client to her room to complete toileting and continence management. PPE aprons not used.

I'm shocked and horrified of the whole experience as was the other visitor who is significantly younger after witnessing the exposure of the client. I am very saddened and heart broken for the client.

As a result, we have not had the opportunity to investigate the allegations or gather further information.

This company provides excellent care for my mum and the carers are reliable and consistently go the extra mile in what they do - I couldn't wish for a better service. I live three hours away from my mum so I particularly appreciate the way the carers are always on time and will alert me to any issues (e.g. if my mum isn't well or there are any problems in the house) and also prompt my mum to let me know when she needs any extra shopping etc. They really make sure all my mums needs are met. The office is also excellent - staff are very responsive to any requests and communication is great. Overall the peace of mind this company has enabled me to have is priceless - thank you Meridian Health and Social care, Coventry team.

These carers are fantastic, always go above and beyond in looking after our precious mother. Her face lights up when she sees them walk in, they're always happy, bubbly, very chatty and nothing is too much trouble for them, we as a large family, can’t thank them enough for their care and attention....
These carers are fantastic, always go above and beyond in looking after our precious mother. Her face lights up when she sees them walk in, they're always happy, bubbly, very chatty and nothing is too much trouble for them, we as a large family, can’t thank them enough for their care and attention. The office keeps us well informed too. Well done ladies, keep up the good work you - all deserve a pay rise!

The service has been nothing short of shocking. Failure of carers to turn up on time or in some cases, not at all with no warning.
It has left an 80 yr old woman stressed and uncared for.
When they do turn up, they are there for a few minutes, despite contractual arrangements.

I would not pay for any of the services received thus far, and I will be taking it further.

The carers are often friendly enough but are clearly disorganised and poorly managed.
