Generally, I am happy with the service my mother receives, but I feel the carer should take more control of their cuties and not continually ask what they should do next. Also, times should be adhered to more strictly, especially in the morning.

My husband has always been looked after very well. The staff take their time with my husband's personal care and talk to him at all times. I am very happy with the service. They try to send the same carer each time. We get notified if they are running late.

Ok. Service is good. My wife would like one of your staff to visit regularly day and evening as she gets on really well with she's a young girl who mainly visits in the evenings. My wife has vascular dementia, so different people can upset her.
