I receive the most wonderful care and attention from three regular carers on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's each week. They know my needs and support me with much kindness. They come at the same time early each morning and they are full of compassion and love. This is the top care anyone can experience
and they are so dedicated in serving me. I thoroughly recommend SD CARE Agency to anyone needing this help.
My blind friend also receives them after I told her how good they were and says that she wouldn't want to be without them. They are very efficient, regular, and çan turn their hand to anything. They never let her down. They know her routine and all her requirements. It is nothing other than a good experience. She, also, thoroughly recommends SD CARE Agency.

The management have continually tried to suit me with carers I like. Continuity can be unsettling, naturally. I rely heavily on them but they need to be taught how things are done. They all say they're pleased and "you've taught me so much." I jokingly say "no charge." I'm thinking the experience would
be better for me if the same person came each.

Fantastic urgent nursing care from SD Care Agency. Needed continuous wound dressing which the NHS could not provide. Somehow by luck, I found this amazing agency on the internet and they have performed beyond my expectations. The amazing and kind manager at SD sourced a fantastic surgical nurse. It
made a huge difference and has speeded my wound healing. I would thoroughly recommend this agency for all your care needs. The manager, I was in touch with, is most kind, very knowledgeable, totally reliable and highly efficient. One in a million. Thoroughly recommend this agency.

The carer always arrives in good time and is kind and friendly and keeps him company while I am out. They go for long walks together and have a good laugh. She is also very good at ironing!

I have, as a sole able relative of my mother, then father, and now sister experienced many different care agencies. Against this backdrop, I can sincerely say that SD Care has provided by far the best care. My sister has the same carer twice/day, six days out of seven. This carer is competent, compassionate
and communicates well with me about all concerns and all matters that affect my sister. She goes well beyond her set duties and has helped me and my sister with my issues arising from her.

I was asked to leave this out of the blue, I personally didn’t have much to do with the carers when they came to visit my mum, but they are always very pleasant and try to be understanding, as I know my mum can be very difficult at times. My mum has a lot of mental health issues at the moment, and it
is making her very argumentative and aggressive with the carers. My mum does struggle with carers not turning up on time, or around the agreed time as it messes with her routine. She needs to know where she stands.
All I have to go on is what my mum says, and she is constantly complaining, saying the carers can't use the microwave properly as her dinners are always overcooked, etc. She is constantly in tears. Thank you for your help.

All our carers and staff are well qualified and trained to deescalate episodes of agitation. Please be aware that according to our policy, we allow a 30 min window around the scheduled time of the calls. Moreover, in our recent letter to all our clients, we have mentioned that due to annual leaves, isolation, there are temporary issues with our schedules and requested the clients to be slightly flexible until this period is over.
We are extremely sorry for the things your mother has been dealing with and so, we have already informed her GP and local authorities to reassess her mental condition. We were surprised to notice that you rated us just 2 stars out of 5 although your review was overall positive. We would like to understand the reason for this discrepancy.

A friend and neighbour, who I have known for over 40 years, dementia has got progressively worse over the past few years, and without the care and service that SD Care is providing, she would have meant her going into a home, something I know she would not have wanted. I cannot thank and praise her
carer enough, who I have got to know over time, who comes twice daily, always on time, like clockwork, to attend to her many needs. Always willing to help beyond and above her duties, an angel in disguise, and a credit to SD Care.

All the carers are absolutely lovely. They look after my dad brilliantly and they go above and beyond any other care agency that has looked after Dad. Any problems with Dad they contact me straight away and are always there at the end of the phone if I have any questions or queries.

As care was chosen by our local authority and was unknown to us, from the time they came to meet Mum when she came home from hospital she was treated with the utmost care and dignity. And I must say I was always kept informed of any problems she, and indeed my father (who was not being cared for) were
experiencing so I could act accordingly. I must also say a huge thank you to Mum's two principal carers who went above and beyond!

Carers treat me with dignity and respect. Cheerful, kind and friendly, manage medications efficiently. Carers explain what they are doing and always ask permission.
The administrator has been very supportive of me and my wife during this traumatic time.

My dad's primary carer has been really great. She has made sure that my dad has been as comfortable as possible. All of his food and medication needs have been taken care of throughout. Also, she contacted all the necessary GP etc, as and when they have been needed. Also, she has phoned me regularly
to make sure I knew what's happening and if there are changes in my dad. She is lovely and I hope she is paid very well for her amazing care.

It is very stressful to be in the position of a wife with Alzheimer's disease. Our usual carers are efficient at their tasks, as I would expect. But, in addition, they perform their duties with an obvious concern and kindness for my wife, and are always careful to inform me of any situation, and are
very easy to deal with and always remind me of any medical or housekeeping needs.
