Excellent staff.

The carers who look after my father were wonderful. They looked after him for 3 months until his death, and in that time they were always pleased to see him, showed him great compassion and dignity and had a laugh with him also. They were also very kind to my mother and kept her morale boosted at the tricky times. It takes a special person to be a carer for the elderly, and the team from Vibrant Home Care were fantastic. We were so lucky to have them. I would definitely recommend them to others who need home carers. Thank you.

Care services I receive is reliable and supportive. The staff are great and always go that extra mile to ensure good service.

For my father-in-law's 85th birthday, we arranged care support through Vibrant Homecare. He had been staying in a care home for respite care, and we organized transportation to bring him to the surprise party. The staff from Vibrant assisted with his personal care and accompanied him to and from the care home.

After reaching out to multiple care agencies without success, Vibrant was the only one willing to provide support, even for just a single day. Their help made the celebration possible, and we are truly grateful.

The carers that look after my wife are the best. 3 carers in particular we could be lost without them and you should be very very proud of them. Brilliant people.

Vibrant personnel looked after my wife from 01/12/2023 until her death on 13/12/2023. There were three visits of two-person teams per day. Without exception, all the individuals were professional in their approach and were caring and sympathetic to the patient. Usually, one of the team was more experienced than the other. But they all treated my wife with dignity and as an individual and always did their best to minimise any discomfort when carrying out their duties. It was a pleasure to have them visit us.

My mum passed away yesterday and the Vibrant Home Care team helped look after her for the final week of her life. All the carers who attended were kind and very respectful towards Mum. Our family is happy with the care they provided.

Overall the service provided by Vibrant is good. My husband has a lot of medical problems and is a very complex case. It would be more advantageous for there not to be so many changes to carers. My husband is very anxious due to his breathing condition and it has been advised to myself that the constant change doesn't help him, the respiratory team have said. So where possible, the same carers that he trusts would be good. I understand sometimes it can't be helped but lately we have had many changes.

The worst carers I have ever witnessed. The carers did not understand the basics of rolling a patient to change a pad or bed sheets. The carers were inhumane and disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend these to my worst enemy. I have just lost my mother and these were the carers who were put in place. The hospice had to take over as the level of care was so poor. In 5 days we had to make 3 complaints to the company. Please do not accept these as carers for your loved ones.

Carers appeared as if they did not know what they were doing, or were not trained, caused my mum to call out in pain when moving her. Did not know how to undress someone. Would have left part of a wet pad on her back if not pulled up on it. Nearly pulled out a syringe driver that was in her leg as not taking care.

Vibrant Home Care, are a very amazing company. They have complied to all my dad's needs. They are very compassionate, dedicated, trustworthy, well trained and very professional. I would recommend Vibrant Care, to anyone. I have two carers come, three times a day and thankfully it's the same two every time. As my dad has vascular dementia, it's very important that he sees the same people as he can get very distressed with too many faces. They have built up a beautiful bond with my dad and I can now thankfully become his daughter again, not his carer. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Vibrant Care.
