For my father-in-law's 85th birthday, we arranged care support through Vibrant Homecare. He had been staying in a care home for respite care, and we organized transportation to bring him to the surprise party. The staff from Vibrant assisted with his personal care and accompanied him to and from the care home.
After reaching out to multiple care agencies without success, Vibrant was the only one willing to provide support, even for just a single day. Their help made the celebration possible, and we are truly grateful.

My mum passed away yesterday and the Vibrant Home Care team helped look after her for the final week of her life. All the carers who attended were kind and very respectful towards Mum. Our family is happy with the care they provided.

I just want to say what a lovely company, from the carers to the staff in the office, nothing was too much trouble, the care provided by the team, especially two carers who have a lovely, caring manner and made Nan laugh so much.
The carers were so kind and really took their time with Nan and made her final days a peaceful and dignified experience.
The care provided to us was very good and we, as a family, would recommend this company over and over again.

The worst carers I have ever witnessed. The carers did not understand the basics of rolling a patient to change a pad or bed sheets. The carers were inhumane and disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend these to my worst enemy. I have just lost my mother and these were the carers who were put in place. The...
The worst carers I have ever witnessed. The carers did not understand the basics of rolling a patient to change a pad or bed sheets. The carers were inhumane and disgusting! I wouldn’t recommend these to my worst enemy. I have just lost my mother and these were the carers who were put in place. The hospice had to take over as the level of care was so poor. In 5 days we had to make 3 complaints to the company. Please do not accept these as carers for your loved ones.

Thank you for your review, I would just like to respond, all our carers follow a robust full 4-day induction, which includes both End of Life care and an in-depth Moving and Handling section, also any new equipment placed into a client's home, that the staff may not be familiar with, we then complete bespoke training with this too.I would like to remind you also we clearly stated when completing the assessment that we have both male and female carers and of all ethnic backgrounds, which your family agreed would be acceptable before we commenced the care.
We are sorry you have felt the need to use this and other platforms to complain, we would have completed a full complaints investigation procedure if you had come to us with any of the complaints you are raising here.

Vibrant Home Care, are a very amazing company. They have complied to all my dad's needs. They are very compassionate, dedicated, trustworthy, well trained and very professional. I would recommend Vibrant Care, to anyone. I have two carers come, three times a day and thankfully it's the same two every time. As my dad has vascular dementia, it's very important that he sees the same people as he can get very distressed with too many faces. They have built up a beautiful bond with my dad and I can now thankfully become his daughter again, not his carer. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Vibrant Care.
